Lala Kent cried as she addressed negativity amid fan backlash over her statements on Vanderpump Rules. She also revealed that she stands by what she said, claimed she hasn’t been watching the show, and teased the “juicy” reunion.

Throughout the season, Lala has been attacked by many fans (despite the fact that she’s pregnant) over her criticism of Ariana Madix’s ‘rules’ in the wake of Tom Sandoval’s affair.

“I have to be honest with you, I have not been watching [the show],” said Lala on her Amazon Live on April 23 before the recent episode. “I don’t know what’s in tonight’s episode … I feel like I finally made peace. The reunion really shook me up.”

“I was kind of getting to a darker place this season,” she went on. “I’ve stayed off the internet but I don’t need to stay off the internet … [to] know what people are saying, the backlash that I’m getting.”

Lala revealed she texted her team letting them know she wants to stay away from anything related to Bravo or the current season, so she can focus on her pregnancy.

“This is my real life,” she said, wiping tears from her eyes. “I’ve just been staying away from all that stuff … I feel really happy about all the changes I’ve made in my world to get to where I am … I don’t want strangers to make me feel silly or stupid.”

“This is a really important time in my life and I will be damned if anybody tarnishes or gives me memories of it not being a beautiful time,” said Lala of the pregnancy. “There are just things I don’t want to see and don’t want to know about.”

She also was asked about the reunion.

“The whole thing [was] juicy,” said Lala. “I will be staying far away from social media at that time … I’m crawling in a hole.”

Lala hinted that she won’t be saying “sorry” amid the backlash because she doesn’t regret her comments.

“Like I was there. I lived this [for months],” said Lala. “I stand by what I said.”
