The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Kathy Hilton is selling her stunning Hamptons mansion, where her daughter Paris Hilton first met Carter Reum – her now-husband and the father of her two kids.
Despite their fond memories, Kathy and her husband Rick indicated that they aren’t on the East Coast as much since they moved in the 2000s to Los Angeles.
Per Page Six, Kathy Hilton is selling her family’s Hamptons house for $14.95 million, which is six times what she paid for it in 1999. The Wall Street Journal reported that she first bought the six-bedroom home for $2.3 million.
The Southampton property is being listed by the Corcoran Group, who says it’s 10,500 square feet and sits on a 2.7-acre estate within a gated community.
The living room has a beachy feel with mint-green walls and nice lighting from the windows.
Their long dining room gives plenty of space for big dinners.
The kitchen has been updated with modern features and new appliances. The tile backsplash behind the stove is iridescent and complements the eggshell white cabinets that offer plenty of storage. The mansion also features a shingle roof, wood-burning fireplaces, and high ceilings.
The family refurbished the primary suite and bathrooms of the home, and it includes a stylish library as well.
A large pool sits in the backyard, which offers many areas for sitting.
The mansion also gives deeded access to the beach nearby.
