Married At First Sight’s Timothy Smith has unleashed on fellow participants Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Timothy, 51, didn’t mince his words when he weighed in on the couple’s relationship and their behaviour on the show.
Tim also suggested a far less optimistic outlook for the couple’s future beyond the the cameras.
His critique of Jack was particularly scathing, revealing he immediately questioned his integrity when he started talking about the ex-girlfriend he was seeing before he went on the show and called her ‘crazy’.
‘I don’t believe a word (he says), when he came out and did this big speech in Dinner Party 1 on how this ex-girlfriend was crazy and everything. I’m not buying it, Jack,’ he said.
‘If he questions my integrity, you’re damn straight I’m questioning your integrity, you little gnome.’
His assessment of Tori was equally unforgiving.
‘I did happen to notice Tori boosting up on how big she’s a boss, bad b*tch. And I gotta say her mouth is writing checks her attitude just can’t cash,’ he remarked.
When asked why he wasn’t convinced the pair would work on the outside, he teased: ‘I perhaps know something that it’s not revealed yet.’
Is anyone pretending for cameras?
Regarding the authenticity of the participants, Timothy offered a rare glimpse into the reality behind the reality TV façade.
‘I actually don’t [think a lot of people were playing it up for the cameras]. I actually think what exactly what on TV is what I see when I’m sitting there,’ he explained.
Lucinda ‘not what I was expecting’
On a more personal note, Timothy opened up about his relationship with his bride, Lucinda.
‘Oh look Lou, and she wasn’t what I was expecting but… she just loves people, and within the first 30 seconds you can tell that she is a genuine, sweet kind person,’ he said.
‘MAFS is a little bit of a personality show, and it’s part of my personality that, I just I won’t, I don’t like being around certain people.’
