The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, August 28, pick up with Billy deciding to play Paul Revere and shout the news of Chelsea sleeping with Adam far and wide. He ran straight to Sally to tattle. So where does that leave Adam?

This went on for quite a while. But then Billy (Jason Thompson — who is excited for these storylines) found out the truth. And the first thing he did — after screaming at the uncaring universe — was hurry right over to Sally and Adam’s and yell about what he knew. Adam told him to leave. Sally told him to stay. And then she asked Adam if Billy was telling the truth.

Meanwhile, Chelsea has decided she can’t live without Billy. We’re not sure why, but she hasn’t been stable in…ever. So Chelsea begs Billy to forgive her. Please, she’ll do anything.
She’ll even…she’ll even…She’ll even lose her mind again! And her self-confidence! That’s how Billy likes her, right? When she’s needy and unstable and turning to him for everything. But Billy had made it clear to Chelsea that she couldn’t live without him. And she absolutely believes him. So, please, please forgive her!

Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane (Susan Walters) have figured out that Victor (Eric Braeden — who surprised fans) is behind Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) latest temper tantrum. They know The Mustache has manipulated the brat because Kyle is easy to manipulate.
Now, they need to figure out how to manipulate Kyle back. There are advantages and disadvantages to having such an easily manipulated son.
