Vanderpump Rules star and sandwich owner Katie Maloney shared a sweet Instagram stories snap – which has since expired – on Wednesday morning of her and boyfriend Nick Martin’s hands.

Katie, 37, appeared to confirm their romance with the new snap, adding a heart to it, as seen on Us Weekly.

Nick is the guitarist for the band Sleeping With Sirens – whose identity was first unveiled by Katie’s Vanderpump Rules co-star Scheana Shay in October.

Katie first revealed she had a boyfriend on October 16 while appearing on the podcast Disrespectfully – from Dayna Kathan.

Katie chose not to reveal the identity of her new man – but Scheana revealed his name one week later on her podcast Scheananigans after she met him.

Her new boyfriend comes two years after she finalized her divorce from Tom Schwartz following six years of marriage.

During the October 16 podcast appearance, Katie revealed she has a man in her life.

‘I have a boyfriend. Yeah, I’m in love, everybody. I’m really happy.’

Adding: ‘He’s the most wonderful person I’ve ever met. He’s very lovely and he just makes me feel really special and he’s really special and yea, I’m just really happy.’

While she chose not to identify him, she had added that she saw him over the weekend before her podcast appearance.

‘This weekend, I went to go see my boyfriend. He has to travel for work, so I went to go meet up with him and hang out with him and spend some time.’

She continued: ‘It was really amazing ’cause I hadn’t seen him in a few weeks and jut being able to like spend quality time and just be around him was really necessary and really nice.’

One week later, Scheana told fans what they wanted to hear – who is Katie’s boyfriend.

Scheana said on her podcast that she met Katie’s boyfriend over the weekend, explaining: ‘I actually met him this weekend. We were all by the artists trailers in the hangout area, and he and Katie were walking up while I was standing at the taco truck in line getting food.’

‘I said hi to her. She introduced me to her boyfriend,’ Scheana explained.

‘There’s been somethings online recently. I’ve seen little bits and pieces. But let me tell you, he could not have been nicer. He’s from San Diego and we just talked about that. Then I ran into them again later back at the hotel at the end of the night, and was just such a sweet guy,’ she said.

‘I caught the end of their set. We actually left Fall Out Boy a little early because they were playing at the same time. But I wanted to check out Sleeping With Sirens. I wanted to see what the band was all about. They were really good.’

Katie was previously linked to Love Island USA’s Connor Newsum back in July.

She split with husband Tom Schwartz in March 2022 – finalizing the divorce in September 2022.

While on the We Met At Acme podcast in 2022, Katie explained that she filed for divorce from him after she felt like her needs weren’t getting met and that he didn’t put in the work to make their marriage successful.

‘I had been expressing my feelings… I was not getting my needs met. I was being hurt by some of the behavior, and I don’t think he understood or resonated or agreed,’ she said during the podcast.

‘It was one day, I just told him,”This is how I’ve been feeling, I’m not feeling very happy.” … And then he just didn’t really do anything. I think he thought that I was gonna get over it or something. And then, it was a couple of weeks later, I had decided that I had wanted to get a real divorce.’

In 2019, Katie was on the receiving end of hurtful language from Tom – as seen in the season eight episode of Vanderpump Rules.

He and Katie got into an argument over a poorly done prank, with Tom snapping at her and telling her to ‘shut up.’

He had also told her that she was ‘ruining a great moment. We’re laughing. Nobody gives a s**t about your opinion.’

Tom continued to berate her in the cringeworthy moment: ‘I’ve never been more turned off in my life. That’s why I don’t have sex with her,’ before calling her ‘gross,’ a ‘moron,’ and an ‘idiot’ and claiming that ‘that’s another two months we’re not having sex.’

He apologized soon after during WWHL, claiming he was ‘hammered.’

They first met in 2011 – meeting in June but not going on their first date until September of that year.
