Scheana Shay believes Tom Sandoval‘s behavior was inconsistent with his verbal proclamations amid filming on Vanderpump Rules season 11.
After Sandoval, 41, attempted to make amends with his castmates, including Scheana, 39, after cheating on Ariana Madix, 38, with Raquel “Rachel” Leviss, 29, during production, Scheana suggested that he was all talk as Lala Kent, 33, accused him of narcissistic tendencies and Brock Davies offered up some advice.
“I feel like I took one step forward with him, and we’ve taken 20 steps back since then. It’s so annoying because I felt like I had a few of those breakthrough moments with him where the light turns on, he realizes, ‘I f*cked up more than just the affair and I do need to right my wrongs.’ And then his actions completely contradict all of the words we just shared with each other,” Scheana shared on the May 21 episode of the Vanderpump Rules: After Show.
Lala felt the same, accusing Sandoval of saying “really stupid sh*t” and not thinking before he speaks or acts.
“It’s just like, here we go. You’re showing that … I still believe he has narcissistic tendencies. I will never stop thinking about that. So it just makes all the sense that there’s just gonna be a line that people have to not allow him to cross,” Lala noted.
Even Brock felt that Sandoval was talk ing too much.
“Maybe we shouldn’t be doing interviews. Maybe he shouldn’t do podcasts,” he suggested. “I understand you want to say your things but the way you say your things is to show remorse, keep your head down, and then in time, people will hear more about it. You gotta start trying and then we’ll go from there.”
Equally annoyed was James Kennedy, 32, who didn’t appreciate his relationship with Kristen Doute, 41, being compared to Sandoval’s romance with Rachel.
“I had known Tom for about six months, when the cheating happened, when me and Kristen started … I knew Tom for six months, flash forward, he’s saying that it’s just the same … Not everyone in this group has done the same thing to the level that he has did it,” James noted. “This is a decade of relationships. This is months and months and months of lying … Lying to everybody, changing everyone’s dynamic. He did that and he’s not taking any responsibility for it.”
In his own segment, Sandoval admitted that he didn’t do a great job in making amends post-“Scandoval.”
“I have a way of just really, I don’t know, lately, I‘m just f*cking up. I’m on a f*cking roll,” he stated.
Also on the After Show, Brittany Cartwright, 35, revealed where her relationship with Sandoval stands.
“I don’t really know Tom very well anymore. He has started coming around our bar and stuff, and coming around [Jax Taylor] more but we still don’t have a friendship or anything. But that’s just how our relationship is. He’s nice to me and I’m nice to him but there’s nothing more to that,” she explained.
