UMA Jammeh has broken her social media silence after quitting Love Island for Wil Anderson.

The London-born star returned to Instagram last night and looked loved up with photos from their first date outside of the telly villa.

Waitress Uma, 24, wore a white ruffled skirt and a cropped shirt as Wil matched her in a white padded jacket and grey jeans.

He took a sweet selfie of them in their hotel before they headed into the city.

Wil wrote over the top: “Back with beautiful” alongside red heart emojis.

Uma, a VIP hostess and model, also posted a message to fans that said: “Just wanted to say a major thank you to everyone.

“Honestly you are all such angels.

“I had the most special experience ever and I met such amazing people in there that will be a part of me forever.

“I am honestly so full of joy right now.

I love you all and thank you for everything. Hugs and kisses to everyone.”

Uma has racked up more than 300k Instagram followers since joining the show.

Before Love Island she was spending her working evenings at Ballie Ballerson – a retro bar famed for its party ball pits – in East London.

She also caught the eye of PrettyLittleThing before entering the villa, modelling for the company last year.

Uma entered the villa on day three of the show, becoming one of the first bombshells to enter after Joey Essex.

On Tuesday, newcomer Reuben Collins decided to steal Uma to couple up with, resulting in Wil being immediately dumped from the villa.

Rather than choosing to stay, Uma immediately made up her mind to leave with him, saying she didn’t want to continue the show without him.

Speaking after the show, Uma said: “I knew where my head and heart was at so I wanted to be true to my feelings for him.”

“We can’t wait to just do normal things on the outside, stay inside and have a takeaway and go on cute dates,” she added.

“Wil wants to take me to Whitley Bay to see where he’s from, but we’ve also discussed him possibly moving to London so I’m looking forward to the future with him. The only way is up from here.”

It’s clear Wil feels the same way too, even suggesting he could marry her in the future.

“I’ve met friends for life and left with a potential wife!” he declared.

Opening up about his reaction to Uma deciding to leave with him, he said: “I feel like what I did and said to her was enough for her to end her journey with me, it makes me feel amazing, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome to be honest.

“I’ve been in there for three and a half weeks and I’ve left with a girlfriend pretty much.”
