The Young And The Restless Week Of July 29 Preview: Chelsea Blows Up Over Billy’S Accusation – Victor’S Wild Card

According to the Young and the Restless (Y&R) teasers for the week of July 29–August 2, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will not waver in his determination to take over as Chancellor.

But Victor will acknowledge to Joshua Morrow’s character Nick Newman that there is one wild card to take into account: Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).

Victor should use caution since he won’t know if Lily is loyal or which side she would ultimately choose.

To find out Lily’s true position toward Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), Victor may even attempt to send Nick fishing.

Speaking of Billy, he won’t be able to shake the feeling that something else happened between Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) – something they’re not coming clean about.

During a tense discussion around a table at Crimson Lights, Billy will make that accusation and rile Chelsea up in front of Adam as well as Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

Sally will seem like she agrees with Billy on this, so an anxious Chelsea will have a major outburst.

“What do you want us to admit?! What exactly is it you want us to confess?!” Chelsea shouts in Y&R’s weekly preview video.

Chelsea could easily end up storming out at some point, but she may not be doing herself any favors with this reaction.

The more defensive and outraged Chelsea acts, the more it’ll probably seem like she’s got something to hide.

Adam tried to take the heat off by claiming he blamed Chelsea for Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) issues in Baltimore, but that excuse obviously won’t be enough to throw Billy and Sally off the trail.

Will Sally and Billy eventually suspect that some cheating went down? Could Chelsea and Adam try to sell another lie instead?

Next, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) will have a run-in with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) at the GCAC.

It looks like Kyle will be his regular obnoxious self around Diane and Jack as he gets ready to head out on his business trip with Audra.

Jack will become enraged about Kyle’s disrespectful behavior and launch into a tirade about how he raised Kyle better than this.

It would be interesting to watch if Audra ends up siding with Kyle or takes advantage of the situation, as our Y&R predictions indicate that she will become entangled in the family drama.

According to previews for The Young and the Restless, Kyle’s rivalry with Jack and Diane will continue, so check back for updates on all the juicy gossip and vindictive stories.
