‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers document that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) believes that the daughter she and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) had decades ago could not have lived.
They saw Eve Nicole die shortly after she was born, but Claire Grace’s (Hayley Erin) Aunt Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk), assuming that is her last name, made a truly wild claim.
Zenk’s character said she sought revenge against Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for his perceived ruining of her sister, Eve Howard’s (Margaret Mason) life.
No one can trust Jordan’s word because of her deranged state. So, it seems obvious that a DNA test will have to be conducted to resolve what has become an unexpected question.

Devoted viewers knew who Cole was when he entered the house in Redmond, Oregon, where Jordan and Claire lured him. This character, who has not been seen since 1999, was a key part of Genoa City during that decade.
He and Victoria were married twice. He was last married to Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) before leaving the country and moving to England.
His mother was the late Eve Howard, who tormented Victor by claiming Cole was his child when he was not. She also tried to kill Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) due to demented jealousy.
The return of Peck’s rarely-mentioned character is noteworthy. If Eve proves to be who Jordan claims she is, then Cole’s relevance is obvious.
It would be fair to speculate that Peck might be in line to remain on the show indefinitely or be a recurring character.

Jordan is hardly a reliable source. So, Claire’s parting comments to Victoria about not knowing who she is were genuine.
Claire genuinely believes Victoria and Cole are her parents unless there is more to the game she and Jordan are playing.
She also broke from Jordan after realizing that Zenk’s character manipulated her since she was a child to exact the sick outcome viewers just witnessed.
While the authorities took Claire away, she is primed to testify against Jordan. Doing so could earn her freedom, along with Victor pulling some strings.
The Moustache would do so if he learns she is his granddaughter.

Victor locked Jordan in the bedroom where she and Claire kept Nikki prisoner. An office later said that the window, which was locked from the outside, was opened.
Viewers saw Jordan hiding inside the walls, which means she crawled through the heating ducts to escape the bedroom.
So, this villain will be seen again with Genoa City, Wisconsin, certainly being her intended next destination on Y&R.
