The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks, May 8 to May 19, tease that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will make a big decision about his future. During the week of May 8-12, Devon will decide to legally take Neil Winters’ (Kristoff St. John) last name and carry on his legacy.

Devon will celebrate that news along with Neil’s life at the memorial party, where he’ll catch up with Harmony aka Yolanda Hamilton (Chene’ Lawson) and Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore).

Although Malcolm will have to leave right after the gathering, Harmony will stick around a little longer, so that’ll give her a chance to bond with Devon and Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware).

Meanwhile, Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) will take a stand against Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and the secret she’s pushing him to keep.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) isn’t really dead, which will make it tough for Daniel to deal with all the sympathy he’s getting around town.

Although Daniel will plan to expose the truth and find Phyllis, Summer will fight hard to stop him and buy Phyllis more time to figure out a new plan.

In the meantime, Y&R spoilers say Summer will shut down Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) snooping and dig a bigger hole for herself with all this marriage deception.

Kyle will assume that Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) homecoming has pushed Summer too far, but she’ll mostly be on edge over the secret that could clear Diane’s name!

Next, it looks like Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will move out of the penthouse where she’s been living with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and make some other big moves, so Nate will deal with the fallout of their split.

Once Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is back at the office, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will grill her daughter and push her to make an admission about Nate.

Victoria won’t do a very good job of hiding the true nature of their connection, so Nikki will convince her to come clean.

It sounds like Victoria will admit things have been building for a while and reveal that Elena dumped Nate after catching them in Los Angeles together.

Although Elena didn’t walk in on them doing the deed, Nate still confessed to sleeping with Victoria and faced a breakup as a result.

Over with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), he’ll clash with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) as they try to make some business negotiations.

Victor doesn’t want to give Adam total autonomy at McCall Unlimited, but Adam’s acting like the deal if off unless he gets it.

Maybe Adam will be willing to reach a compromise if Victor backs off Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and lets him offer her the COO position.

Sally will indeed get a job offer from Adam, so she’ll have a lot to mull over.

Until then, Sally and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will wait for some critical updates, so this must have something to do with their interior design business.

Chloe and Sally seem to be struggling to get their venture off the ground, so Sally might be more inclined to take the job Adam’s offering if she gets bad news.

Regardless, the fact that Adam makes this offer at all will rile Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) up and lead to more tension between the brothers.

At the Abbott house, Diane will react to a tempting proposition.

Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will give Diane a way out of her latest legal jam and could perhaps arrange for her to leave the country.

Of course, Diane no longer has her passport and is currently wearing an ankle monitor, but Tucker may insist he can help her disappear and act like her family would be better off without her.

Tucker may fill Diane’s head with doubts about whether Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) can pull off a victory in court, but Diane may refuse to abandon Kyle again – or Jack for that matter since he’s been so good to her.

Whatever the case, Tucker’s presence at the Abbott mansion will lead to plenty of conflict, so there’ll inevitably be some curveballs and more shouting matches.

As for Diane’s defense, Michael will get a lucky break and feel like he’s on the right track when it comes to beating the murder charges she’s facing.

Back with Daniel, he’ll continue to wrestle with his moral dilemma since it’s wrong to let Diane face all this legal turmoil when Phyllis is still alive and set her up.

Even so, the thought of turning in Phyllis and potentially sealing her own prison fate will remain difficult to think about – especially with Summer pushing so hard to keep the truth under wraps.

During the week of May 15-19, Summer will land in a situation where she has to cover Phyllis’ tracks.

That could mean Phyllis will approach Summer again or it could just involve more lies to hide what Summer already knows.

Over with Sally again, she’ll reach a decision about Adam’s job offer and what her future’s going to look like.

It won’t be an easy task since Sally will know how much Nick loathes the idea of her working for his brother.

Speaking of Nick, he’ll launch an attack on Nate over what happened with Victoria and Elena.

Nick will make Nate his target and could try to get him fired, which could potentially open the door for Sally’s Newman Media CEO return.

Unfortunately, getting Victoria’s approval on that might be close to impossible, so Nick would probably have to go over her head with Victor.

Since Victor’s always reluctant to override Victoria’s own corporate decisions, Nick may face some obstacles.

Finally, Jack will take charge of a tricky situation. We’ll see Jack do something risky for Diane’s sake, so he could create more problems if he’s not careful!

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack will cross the line at some point and bring another round of drama, so stay tuned to Y&R.
