The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is looking forward to kissing Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) again, but they could soon be doing a lot more than that. Things are moving right along in Chelsea and Billy’s romance, so it’s just a matter of time until they make love.
Of course, Billy knows that Chelsea is fragile right now, so he doesn’t want to blow this.
Likewise, Chelsea is putting her recovery first and taking things slow with Billy – just like she should!
Chelsea’s well-being is what matters most, but growing closer to Billy seems to be helping.
When Chelsea had an emotional moment and ran out of the gala recently, Billy was right there to support her and get her back on steady ground.
Chelsea managed to support Billy as well and invited him to sleep on her sofa once the news broke about Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) “death.”
Billy took Chelsea up on the offer, so these sofa sleepovers could become more frequent.
Billy already feels quite comfortable at Chelsea’s place, where he often has movie nights with her and has fallen asleep on the couch before.
There’s an easy vibe between Chelsea and Billy that makes him comfortable in her apartment.
Billy may start sleeping over more often on nights when Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) is with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) or staying at his friends’ houses.
The show’s taking their time to build to the next step for Chelsea and Billy, but it has to be coming up sooner or later.
At some point, one of Billy’s sofa sleepovers could turn into some passion in the bedroom with Chelsea.
Naturally, we have to acknowledge the fact that Melissa Claire Egan is pregnant in real life, so Y&R will no doubt offer a love scene that’s mostly implied.
Even so, they can make it clear that Billy and Chelsea are moving to the next steamy level in their relationship.
