During Married At First Sight Jade Pywell was vocal about her doubts about partner Ridge Barredo but months on she’s taken to social media to declare she’s happier than ever.
The couple, who met on MAFS Season 11, shared a series of sweet and fun updates about their life together since moving in together in May 2024.

The commitment is clearly paying off, with Jade sharing footage of the pair embracing with a very sweet caption.
“One day you will understand why the timing was perfect and why things had to happen exactly the way they did. To protect you, to guide you, and to redirect you to where you were always meant to be,” she wrote.
“Love you gorgeous 💍❤️” Ridge replied.
Meanwhile, the pair also entertain their followers with funny details about their lives together.
In July 2024, Jade posted a video of Ridge’s MAFS’ ring, which he’d left at home.
“Guess we’re taking a day off from marriage,” she joked on her Instagram stories.
Ridge clapped back by sharing their messages where he asked if she could drop it off to him.
“I feel so naked,” he had told her.
“@Jadepywell being dramatic again,” he wrote on Instagram.
Ridge often jokes about Jade being ‘dramatic’, which she embraces. Earlier in the week, he posted a video – which you can watch at the top of this article – about “just another day with a dramatic old girl”.
“Staring at the ‘do you even love me’ message from the girl I walk, talk, eat, wake up with and moved interstate for…” he wrote over footage of himself shaking his head at his phone.
The post concerned some followers but it’s clear Jade and Ridge are on the same page.
“Delete this post she’s gonna be pissed at you for sharing this,” one follower wrote.
“If she was the type of partner who’d get pissed at me for this, she wouldn’t be my partner 🙂🙂,” Ridge replied.
Jade also commented on the post: “Hahahahaha I’ll still ask 50 times a day❤️”
Ridge moved from Sydney to Jade’s hometown of the Gold Coast in May 2024.
He also recently revealed he’s the “happiest he’s ever been” and hit back at those who criticised them on social media.
“Doing life with this girl is unreal. Whether it’s events, family dinners or just nights in at home. I adore absolutely all of it,” he wrote.
“To all the Karen’s out there saying I look miserable in pics with the old girl and that she’s dressing a type of way for attention. Please mind your own/not make comment on something you’ve got no idea about.
“I’m the happiest and most content I’ve ever been AND I’m almost always the one choosing what she wears to our events because I know she looks amazing in it. I know it might be hard for some of you, but I promise it won’t hurt to keep your s–ty opinions to yourself 😚.”
