Married At First Sight star Ash Galati has stunned fans once again with his remarkable fitness journey, revealing an incredible 15kg weight loss.

On Sunday, the former reality star posted a sultry gym selfie, showing off his shredded physique, complete with washboard abs and intricate tattoos.

The would-be groom made waves with his turbulent ‘marriage’ to psychic Madeleine Maxwell.

Ash has clearly been putting in the hard yards at the gym, and his followers were quick to flood the comments with praise.

Dressed in sleek black shorts and white sneakers, Ash struck a confident pose while seated on gym equipment.

His toned arms, chiselled abs, and the bold tattoos across his chest and arms were the centrepiece of the image, which he snapped using his phone.

A kettlebell beside him and a towel strewn on the floor hinted at the intensity of his workouts, while his reflection in the mirror showcased his impressive transformation.

Ash’s followers wasted no time showing their admiration in the comments. Fellow MAFS groom, Jack Dunkley, cheekily wrote, ‘When is the OF dropping?’—a playful reference to OnlyFans— to which Ash teasingly replied, ‘Hahaha, soon.’

Another follower, Jesse Konstantinoff, couldn’t help but poke fun at Ash’s gym attire, joking, ‘Love the awesome hygiene with no shirt on the machines,’ accompanied by a laughing emoji.

But amidst the light-hearted jabs, the reaction was overwhelmingly positive.

Fans were genuinely impressed by Ash’s transformation, with one calling him a ‘Beast’ and another gushing, ‘Yes mate, looking amazing,’ punctuated with heart and fire emojis.

The praise follows Ash’s earlier post, where he shared a side-by-side before-and-after shot of his weight loss journey.

In the caption, he revealed that he hadn’t drastically changed his lifestyle despite shedding the weight.

‘How did I lose 15kg but still eat donuts, pizza, work an 8-hour day, marry a stranger, party on the weekend? Ask me how!!!!’ he wrote, hinting that his approach to fitness might be more balanced than most would expect.

It comes after Galati told Daily Mail Australia in March he would not return to MAFS in the future, as he is currently off the market.

‘I definitely don’t think I would. No.’

‘I’m happily started dating again and things are going good, it’s very early on though,’ he said.

Recently, he admitted to never having watched MAFS prior to signing up for the series.

‘I was so f**king naïve about the whole thing, I literally never watched it,’ he wrote on Instagram.

‘I’m shopping at Myer for wedding suits and dinner party outfits while some geezers on the show had already signed deals with suit hire companies to wear. I didn’t get the memo.’

‘I took my shot, I crashed and burned and that’s life and it’s honestly fine. It’s time to move on. If you get stuck in the past it jeopardises your future. I still want love, And I know I’ll get it. I’ll guess I’ll have to do it the old fashion way……. TINDER.’

The infamous couple failed to form a connection and their ill-fated marriage reached breaking point after a dramatic honeymoon where they struggled to get to know one another.

Scenes from their honeymoon saw Madeleine breaking down in tears upon seeing a herd of cows and telling Ash she had been contacted by ‘spirits’ during their dinner date, leaving her groom confused.

Ash has now revealed even more ‘wild’ moments from their honeymoon that didn’t make it to screen as he gave a candid insight into his MAFS journey.

Ash described their honeymoon as ‘traumatic, chaotic and crazy’ as he claimed that Madeleine didn’t try to get involved or get to know him.

‘She accused me of being a police officer. I’m surprised it didn’t get shown,’ he told Daily Mail Australia.

‘She’s like ”you’re a cop, you’re trying to interrogate me,” I’m like, ”no, I’m not trying to interrogate you. I’m trying to get to know you. There’s a difference,” but she just took anything that like any, if anyone asks any questions about being a psychic or a medium, she was super defensive, including other couples at our wedding.’

He claimed that there was only ‘dead silence’ when the cameras weren’t around as he reflected on his struggles to further his connection with former Home And Away star Madeleine.

Ash admitted he began to have his doubts about their connection the morning after the wedding, but decided to persevere with the experiment after getting advice from the other couples who had overcome their early issues.

‘She was just very quiet the morning after the wedding, she’d be on the phone a lot to her friends, just we didn’t really, talk at all, and then as soon as we got mic’d up and when the camera crew was there, it was over the top, and she loved me, and I’m the funniest guy in the world.’
