Sutton Stracke believes Annemarie Wiley‘s suggestion that certain Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members are “lonely” and “insecure” was made in response to information she received from Kyle Richards.
While Kyle, 55, has denied enlisting Annemarie, 40, to do her dirty work, Sutton, 52, said she feels she fed the newbie information after the latest episode of the show as Garcelle Beauvais, 57, slammed Annemarie for suggesting the single cast members weren’t validated unless they had a man and Erika Jayne, 52, warned of potential trouble ahead.
“I said I wanna go home to my amazing house with my perfect husband and my awesome kids and not be lonely or insecure. Yeah, I said that. I was mad,” Annemarie explained of her statement on the January 24 episode of the RHOBH: After Show, seemingly confirming she was referring to “Sutton” as Sutton agreed.
“I’m the lonely one,” Sutton stated. “She obviously has gotten information from someone who I’m guessing is the one that brought her on the show that she knows, that she’s friends with, and that person is Kyle. Now, I’m not sure why Kyle … What is Kyle doing? She’s trying to say I have an eating disorder, a drinking problem, I’ve made up my esophagus disorder, and I have made up my foot thing.”
“And you’re alone and insecure,” Garcelle added.
“No, [Crystal Kung-Minkoff]’s insecure. I’m just lonely,” Sutton corrected.
In addition to shutting down rumors of bringing Annemarie to RHOBH to do her dirty work on Jeff Lewis‘ SiriusXM radio show, Jeff Lewis Live, last week, telling the host that she only met her once before she joined, Kyle said on the After Show that she was upset by what Annemarie said about Sutton.
“The reason I felt bad for Sutton in that moment is A, I knew it was directed towards her, and B, I don’t think of [Erika] as lonely,” Kyle noted. “I felt maybe Garcelle does at times, that’s why she’s looking for a partner in life, but with Sutton, I do feel that she actually is lonely. So it made me feel bad.”
Meanwhile, Erika said she “didn’t feel that bad.”
“But I could see where she was going,” she admitted.
Although Sutton felt that Kyle was behind Annemarie’s shade, Garcelle wasn’t so sure.
“I don’t know if someone’s telling her things,” she stated. “[But] I wouldn’t have liked it at all [if she was in Sutton’s shoes].”
According to Garcelle, she didn’t take too kindly to Annemarie’s statements about single women.
“I didn’t like the fact that she said that she’s going home to her amazing husband and children and we are not and that’s like, we aren’t validated unless there’s a man at the house,” Garcelle noted.
Also on the After Show, Erika said that while Annemarie may have a great life today, that could change in the future.
“Right now, everything’s great for Annemarie but she could turn out bad later. You never know how it could turn out,” Erika reasoned. “You could be single and lonely too. It’s just a matter of time for all of us. I’m just saying, it could happen to anybody at any time, therefore you wanna be… Any one of us could be single and perhaps lonely. It could happen to anybody.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
