Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ new cast star Annemarie Wiley’s husband, Marcellus Wiley, has been accused of sexual assault before his debut on the reality show. Annemarie became a full-time cast member on RHOBH when season 13 premiered in October 2013. Annemarie joined RHOBH due to her friendship with neighbor and RHOBH veteran Kyle Richards.
Despite being a newbie on the show, Annemarie hasn’t been timid in her relationships with some of the show’s famous cast, as she clashed with Crystal Kung Minkoff and Sutton Stracke. However, with multiple RHOBH season 13 episodes still left to air, Annemarie’s husband Marcellus, who is set to also appear on the show, has found himself in the middle of a sexual assault allegation.

Marcellus started his professional career with the Buffalo Bulls after being selected with the 52nd pick of the second round of the 1997 NFL Draft out of Columbia University.
After starting as a situational pass rusher in his first three years, Marcellus transitioned to the defensive end for the Bulls. In 2001, Marcellus was selected to the AFC Pro Bowl team as a Charger. That same year, Marcellus joined the San Diego Chargers and played for the team for three seasons. In 2004, Marcellus joined the Dallas Cowboys and then joined the Jacksonville Jaguars a year later. Marcellus Was Recently Accused Of Assault
According to a lawsuit filed on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, Marcellus was accused of raping a fellow student while attending the University of Columbia. The accuser claimed Marcellus raped her multiple times in her dorm room in the fall of 1994. According to the lawsuit, the accuser claimed she met Marcellus during his sophomore year because they traveled in the same social circle. Although the accuser told Marcellus she was a virgin, the ex-football star allegedly forced her face-down on the mattress and then climbed on top of her. The accuser also named Columbia University in her lawsuit for their callous and negligent handling of the issue after she reported the assault to the university authorities (via US Magazine).
Meanwhile, Marcellus has denied the claims on his Brinx TV show “Never Shut Up,” noting that although he and the accuser messed around in her dorm in 1994, no vaginal intercourse happened between them. According to Marcellus, the accuser invited him to her dorm room and even told him to give her a call the following day. Marcellus claimed that the woman only felt ashamed of what they did in her room because she realized they had no future together. Nonetheless, there has been no comment from RHOBH star Annemarie about the allegations levied against her husband.
