A source revealed why Morgan Wade scrubbed all photos of Kyle Richards on Instagram – as another insider claimed they’re still friends. Around the same time, Kyle similarly deleted pics of Morgan.

Throughout the current season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle and Morgan’s close friendship has sparked romance rumors, though both have denied it. Kyle is currently separated from husband Mauricio Umansky, though she recently claimed they’re working on the marriage.

According to a source speaking to TMZ, Morgan removed the pics because she’s getting ready to drop new music.

Now, just two posts remain on the country singer’s Instagram. One is a promo for Alanis Morissette’s new tour, for which Morgan will be a special guest. The other post announced her own separate tour, Crossing State Lines.

“Morgan and Kyle are still very good friends,” said a source to ET. “Morgan archived photos off her Instagram to clean it up for an upcoming work project. Kyle and Morgan have a great friendship and people are just reading into a process on social media that many artists do.”

Kyle also reiterated the same thing when talking to the paparazzi on January 31st.

“[She’s got new music] coming out,” said Kyle in a video obtained by Page Six as she donned a pink sweater, braided pigtails, a baseball cap. “It’s very common for artists to do that. That didn’t mean anything.”

Last week, Kyle also addressed her friendship with Morgan.

“She has a group of friends that I lean on. In the media, they only show Morgan. But she’s part of a group of friends,” said Kyle on Jeff Lewis Live. “There’s just those friends that are the first text messages of the day, yeah, you know immediately, there’s like tiers of friendship.”

“You may love all of these friends, but there are different tiers. My first text messages of the day are four different people but, you know, if I’m walking down the street, having lunch with them, they’re usually cut out of a photo unless it was yesterday where my friend, Jana, you know Jana, saying hi to me,” she added.

“[Morgan and I] were saying goodbye at the Glen Centre, and it looks like we’re, the photo literally looks like we’re kissing each other,” she explained, “which has happened to me before in the past, but I’m like, ‘Of course they want to use that photo.’”
