There have been quite a few reality TV stars getting engaged lately. Now, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Yolanda Hadid is joining the fray. She just announced her engagement to her longtime boyfriend, Joseph Jingoli. The former reality star also recently showed off their impressive Texas ranch.
Fans will recall that Yolanda was a cast member on RHOBH for four seasons. Sadly, she left the series because producers planned to demote her to a friend of status. She has been dating Joseph for close to six years. Previously, she was married to David Foster.
According to PEOPLE, Yolanda confirmed that she and Joseph have actually been engaged for two years now. In fact, he proposed to the model and TV star while on a trip to Poland. Yolanda actually spoke to the outlet back in 2018 about meeting Joseph after taking a break from dating following her divorce.
At the time, she said, “I really started focusing. I made a love spiral and wrote down exactly everything that was important to me in a man, and he magically just rang the doorbell at the farm.”
She continued, “When you meet somebody that thought he was going to die like I felt I was gonna die, you have a whole new appreciation for life, and you kind of share that, so that’s really already a common bond that we have. To live in the moment, enjoy every day, and not wait. Why take it slow? Let’s just go for it and have a great time.”
For context, Yolanda was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease in 2012.
The multitalented star first confirmed her secret engagement in her cover story interview with Architectural Digest. In the interview, she referred to him as her fiancé. Not only did she show off the ranch they share in Texas, but she also spoke to the outlet about how the two of them bonded over their love of horses.
The outlet posted photos of the home on Instagram with a caption that reads, “Early on in their relationship, @yolanda.hadid’s fiancé, Joseph Jingoli, whisked her away on a date to a horse show in Fort Worth, Texas. Both were horse lovers, but Hadid, who began riding as a child in the Netherlands, was more familiar with English-style equestrianism than the Western cutting horse world that Jingoli adored. As their relationship blossomed, the couple returned to the area often, and Hadid fell in love with Texas horse culture. Eventually, the couple realized it was time to establish a home base in the Lone Star State, and they found the perfect wooded plot overlooking a river.”
Naturally, the RHOBH alum also gave a tour of the ranch. As the video below starts, Yolanda can be heard welcoming Architectural Digest into the Texas home. She goes on to say, “My overall vision for this house was industrial, modern, relaxed, and enjoying life. Put your boots up on the table, not worry about anything, and just enjoy beautiful Texas.”
There is no word on when the two will marry, but it’s sure to be a fabulous wedding.
