Erika Jayne got upset over the lack of congratulations after winning an appeal over her $750,000 diamond earrings on Wednesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

‘My intentions in life are to pick up, rebuild, move forward, and be prosperous,’ Erika, 52, said to the camera. I’m happy that the appeal went in my favor, but I am still hurt that no one really has come over to me and said, ”Hey, I apologize”.’

The expensive earrings were gifted to Erika by her estranged husband Tom Girardi, 84, who has been accused of stealing more than $18 million from his legal clients.

‘There’s dead people that money was stolen from,’ Crystal Kung Minkoff, 40, was shown saying to Erika in a clip from 2022. ‘Those are the f***ing facts.’

‘No, it’s not,’ Erika said to her at the time. ‘You are not letting the legal process play out.’

‘They hurt me the most because I care about them,’ Erika said in a confessional about not feeling supported by the other women after winning on appeal.

The season 13 episode titled Aches and Spains opened with Kyle Richards, 55, calling an ambulance for Crystal, who did not feel well while riding in the van during the girls trip to Barcelona.

The EMT’s told Crystal that her blood pressure was extremely high 177/108 and took her to the hospital.

The ladies then went inside a church and lit candles and prayed.

Crystal later called from the hospital and told them she had been put on prescription medication to lower her blood pressure.

Sutton Stracke, 52, took the ladies on a tour of Barcelona. They sat down for lunch and toasted to Crystal. Annemarie Wiley, 40, said what was important now was that Crystal was okay as she put their differences aside.

Garcelle Beauvais, 57, then said she wanted to address her ‘hiccup’ with Dorit Kemsley, 47, and said there was something about the way she spoke to her.

‘You called me a Karen,’ Dorit said.

‘I don’t think anybody here is racist,’ Garcelle said. ‘But there are certain things that make me feel a certain way. My opinion is that you have lived a very sheltered life and you don’t understand the walk that I have had to walk.’

Dorit told her that her father was Israeli and they had to move when they were little because people were saying anti-Semitic remarks to them.

‘Some of my earliest childhood memories was being teased and told, ”You’re Jewish? Why don’t you have horns?”.’ Dorit said in a confessional. ‘I have known my entire life the adversities that I will face, my family has faced, just because we’re Jewish.’

Garcelle said they were all still learning about each other. Sutton told them that her friend Trevor was coming to join them at the house for dinner. She said she met Trevor when she danced with the Mercedes Cunningham Dance Company.

Dorit and Kyle ran into a fan shop. Sutton tried to put a time limit on their shopping.

‘Who doesn’t need a hand painted antique fan,’ Dorit said later in a confessional holding them in her hand. ‘I do. In fact, I need seven.’

Back at the house, Crystal was in bed. She said the hospital put her on medication for high blood pressure. She thanked everyone for being supportive.

‘It was so scary,’ Crystal said in a confessional. ‘I’ve never been faced with my own mortality.’

Crystal said she appreciated that Annemarie was there for her and that they put aside their differences. Sutton, Dorit, Erika and Garcelle got ready with their glam teams before dinner.

Kyle called her husband Mauricio Umansky to check in but he was in his car and the phone kept cutting out.

Erika told her glam team that she was already drunk. Sutton was excited when her old friend Trevor showed up with his friends for the Paella making dinner. Erika said that Sutton was a ‘beautiful soul.’

‘That b**** is lathered,’ Dorit said of Erika.

Chef Storm and his father Servais showed everyone how to make paella. Garcelle told them that she had never had paella before.

‘I’m going to go for the dad,’ Garcelle said to Crystal.

‘Excuse me we’ve got a father and son situation guys,’ Sutton said.

‘She’s way past you,’ Crystal said. ‘Garcelle called it.’

Crystal told Garcelle she wanted to move forward with her friendship with Annemarie. Trevor told them that Sutton was mean to him when they were in school.

‘Sutton always asked like she was in charge even though she wasn’t,’ Trevor said. ‘Sutton lived in Brooklyn.’

‘I was poor in New York City,’ Sutton said. ‘I would go to those places and buy like $5 dresses. You know I worked and I was truly independent and I loved it.’

Sutton said she was already dating her ex-husband Christian.

‘She met Christian at 14 years old,’ Kyle said.

‘Can I say something, I know you love Merce [Cunningham] but Merce was in a Ziploc bag,’ Erika said.

‘I don’t know how many drinks she has had but Erika is very intoxicated,’ Kyle said in a confessional.

‘This is how people carry ashes,’ Sutton said to the camera. ‘There usually in a big plastic bag like you get a goldfish.’

‘Kyle’s mother’s ashes are in a bathroom right now,’ Sutton said.

Sutton then picked up Merce’s ashes.

‘Merce is in the purse,’ Erika said.

‘Merce has been with me over ten years as my son pointed out and I can’t wait to spread Merce around here,’ Sutton said.

Sutton said that they had scared off the chef Storm and his father.

‘I think his father is in my room,’ Garcelle said.

‘When you’re finished give him a Viagra and send him to my room,’ Erika said.

Trevor told Sutton that she had really come into her own.

The next morning Erika said that she had a hangover. Crystal took her blood pressure and it was still high. Sutton gave everyone flower necklaces to wear that they would release into the ocean.

‘I didn’t know this spiritual side of you,’ Kyle said.

Sutton started crying and said she didn’t want to open the ashes.

‘There is a lot of my dad wrapped up in this,’ Sutton said. ‘You know when I lost my Dad we spread them in Texas. But then we each had a Ziploc and I lost them. I moved so many times after he died.’

Sutton said she also felt like she was scattering her ‘marriages ashes.’ Sutton said when she separated from her husband she thought they were going to go to couples therapy but then he filed for divorce.

‘The emoji with the’ brain is exploding’ that was me getting a call from my husband telling me I needed to get an attorney,’ Sutton said.

‘Being alone can feel lonely sometimes but it also can feel good sometimes too maybe,’ Kyle said.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will return next week on Bravo.
