The cast of Vanderpump Rules is still picking up the pieces after the affair between Tom Sandoval and Rachel Leviss rocked the group. In fact, there’s even a lawsuit going on right now concerning revenge porn. Now, Rachel’s ex-fling, Oliver Saunders, is speaking out and claiming that the show manipulated his story.
Oliver is also the son of actress and RHOBH star Garcelle Beauvais. He also happens to be a waiter at one of Lisa Vanderpump‘s restaurants.
Oliver recently did an interview with The Sun and had quite a bit to say about the filming of the show. Specifically, he appeared during season 10 for a trip to Las Vegas with Lisa.
On the show, Oliver and Rachel go on a date. Afterward, Rachel learns that he’s still married. Of course, she confronts Oliver about still being married.
However, Oliver told the publication that this is not what happened. He says, “I was completely separated. I was paying my son’s mother’s bills. I was helping her at her apartment. I had a different place at the time, and, unfortunately, the story got spun.”
He continues, “I feel like a lot of people were able to see the truth through it, so it worked out.”
He then says he has not spoken to Rachel since the incident.
“I’m taking a step back from all that. I’m just trying to stay out the way. I didn’t like the way that I got my story spun.”

Another source has also informed The Sun that production told Rachel that she had to film the date with Oliver. This was even after they learned of his other relationship.
The full timeline of the affair between Rachel and Tom isn’t known. However, it can easily be assumed that it was going on during this time as it was filmed in 2022.
Oliver briefly mentioned the affair in the interview by saying, “If you saw the dinner with her… She was sort of trying to say that I was doing things that I wasn’t doing and she was doing at the same time.”
Oliver also dropped some tea about RHOBH. According to him, not only will his mother return, but so will Erika Jayne, Sutton Stracke, and Kyle Richards. Oliver also hosts a podcast called Bigger Than Us.
