Young and the Restless: Nick Newman Sticks With Sharon

Sharon (Sharon Case) was alone at Crimson Lights when she flashed back to telling Nikki about Cameron in the past. Later, she heard something which scared her. It turned out to be Nick (Joshua Morrow), and he told her to start locking the doors when she was there alone. Sharon agreed she would.

Nick let Sharon know about Sally’s pregnancy problems. She reminded him that preeclampsia was something to take seriously and suggested that he needed to be with Sally. However, Nick needed to stay with Sharon. They talked about how hard it was to tell Faith all about Cameron.No matter what, Sharon didn’t want any more creepy gifts from the guy, and Nick assured her that he would end up in prison. Unfortunately, Sharon didn’t think Cameron would care if he was put behind bars.

Y&R Recap: Surprises For Many

At the GCAC, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane (Susan Walters) enjoyed their evening out. She went to get them martinis. However, she ended up forgetting hers because she was so enthralled with being out in the world again.Diane thought back about the last time she was there at the gala and how things went sideways after Kyle lost his phone. She worried about what the whole situation had done to Summer and Kyle, but Jack felt they would all eventually get back to normal.

At the Abbott mansion, Kyle (Michael Mealor) wanted to toast to his mom’s freedom, and Summer (Allison Lanier) pouted. He reassured her, but Summer got a text from Phyllis asking her to bring Daniel to see her. Kyle felt that Harrison was doing so much better, and he assured Summer things would get back to normal. She suddenly said she had to leave to go see Daniel. Kyle was shocked, and she professed her love for him. However, she ultimately left. Cameron (Linden Ashby) fixed himself up in his hotel room. He looked in the mirror and gave himself a compliment.

Diane went back to the bar to get her drink, and Cameron was there. He was creepy and mentioned how she shouldn’t leave her drink unattended. Diane professed to trust people, but he warned her not to. Ultimately, she got a new martini. When she got back to Jack, Diane let him know about the weird guy she saw who seemed familiar.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor (Eric Braeden) were shocked to see Diane and Jack out at the GCAC. The new arrivals stopped by their table to find out how Diane got out of prison when Summer arrived.

Victor called his granddaughter over, asking why she was there. Summer told her grandparents that Phyllis was alive and she’d killed Jeremy Stark. Victor and Nikki were suitably stunned. Victor suggested that Phyllis should turn herself in, but Summer said it was complicated before she left her grandparents.

Nikki reminded Diane she’d pulled a similar stunt. Of course, Diane noted she hadn’t killed anybody. Jack and Diane went into the jazz lounge, and she teared up remembering being there the last time. Then, they kissed and danced, talking about their wedding. All she wanted was to be his wife.

Young and the Restless Recap: Nick Newman Saves Sharon

At Society, Daniel (Michael Graziadei) said goodbye to Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant) once again. He got a text from Phyllis to meet her.

Summer showed up at her mother’s hotel suite, and she argued that she didn’t want to bring Daniel there because he would turn her in. However, Daniel showed up, and Summer wasn’t thrilled. The siblings argued as Phyllis worried about what she’d done to their family.

Of course, when Phyllis found out that the murder charges against Diane were dropped, she wasn’t happy. Daniel reminded her that Diane was actually innocent. Phyllis had so many regrets for the choices she made while she was confused.

Ultimately, Phyllis had a plan. She’d hacked Jeremy’s records. Now all she wanted to do was find the EMT. Daniel wanted to move Phyllis somewhere safer, but Summer wanted to sleep on it. She opened the door to leave, but Kyle was there, stunned to see Phyllis.

At Crimson Lights, Sharon and Nick agreed to stop talking about Cameron, and she went to the patio to refill the sugar. Cameron walked in, and she gasped, dropping the sugar. She demanded that he leave, but Cameron went on about how he missed so many things about her and all the great times they’d had together.

He just couldn’t forget Sharon and wasn’t happy that she didn’t want to know how he’d been doing.Cameron reached out and touched a stunned Sharon’s cheek, as Nick came in. He yelled for Cameron to take his hands off Sharon. Nick furiously told the man to leave Sharon alone and to keep their daughter’s name out of his mouth. He wanted to know what Cameron wanted, but Cameron said that was for another time. After Cameron left, Sharon fell into Nick’s arms, crying.
