Mauricio Umansky was overheard saying he and Kyle Richards were “not together” while on a guys’ trip to Aspen, Colo., last week.
An eyewitness tells Page Six that Umansky had struck up a conversation with a woman during a happy hour at western wear store-turned-celeb hotspot, Kemo Sabe, when he disclosed the state of his marriage.
“We’re not together,” Umansky was heard telling the woman, referring to the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star.
The “Buying Beverly Hills” star, 53, was also overheard talking about “moving out of the house” he shares with Richards in Encino, Calif., and the importance of their kids throughout the process.
In December, Richards, 55, confirmed that she and Umansky are still living under the same roof but sleeping in different rooms.
Our source further tells us that Umansky said to the woman that he was in the area — which he also frequented with Richards — for his annual boys’ trip.
The spy, however, clarifies that the conversation between the two was not flirty and it’s unclear if the woman was a fan or a friend.
We’re also told that Umansky appeared in good spirits during the outing as he smiled and danced while one of his buddies pulled a guitar off the wall and began singing Oasis’ hit song “Wonderwall.”
When reached for comment, Umansky denied that he was engaged in anything other than business conversations, telling Page Six, “Last week I was fully engaged with The Agency business and traveling with some of our top agents for a collaborative trip and new business. I did not discuss my relationship with anyone.”
Last Thursday, Umansky attended the Stranahan’s happy hour to celebrate the grand opening of the single malt whiskey brand’s newest Après ski destination, Stranahan’s Whiskey Lodge.
He has also been sharing several snaps of his boys’ skiing trip over the last couple of days via Instagram Stories.
Just days before Umansky hit the celeb skiing destination, he and Richards put on a united front for their youngest daughter Portia Umansky’s 16th birthday.
They were photographed arriving in the same car at a Los Angeles restaurant to celebrate their daughter’s milestone.
The former couple are also parents to Alexia, 27, and Sophia, 24. Richards is also mom to Farrah, 35, whom she shares with her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.
Although the former couple has addressed their separation, they have kept quiet about what specifically led to the breakup.
During the “RHOBH” finale, Richards teased that “there were things that happened” that made her lose her trust in her husband of 26 years, but she didn’t specify what those things were.
Meanwhile, Umansky admitted that he lost his “s–t” and had a “whole breakdown” after they split, because he “can’t handle” juggling his marital woes and his expanding business.
“I’ve been so stressed,” he told Richards in preview clip for Season 2 of “Buying Beverly Hills.” “The travel, obviously affects us and you’re working hard and we’re just busy as can be and it’s just been so stressful.”
In September 2023, the reality TV couple confirmed they separated after 26 years of marriage and are currently “free” to date other people.
