Married At First Sight’s Ross McCarthy has confirmed he is in a new relationship, sharing the news on social media.

The TV personality, 32, split from fellow MAFs contestant Sacha Jones, 29, despite the pair vowing to stay together during the show’s final commitment ceremony.

The couple appeared to be happy during the reunion dinner party, with Ross even agreeing to move to Walsall to be closer to Sacha.

However, their relationship has since broken down, and Ross has now moved on with blonde beauty, Magdalena.

The tattooed reality star took to social media to share a heartwarming video of himself and Magdalena enjoying a seaside outing.

Captioning the clip, he gushed: ‘The moment I been waiting for…. The real deal. My world.’

Magdalena replied to his post with an equally loved-up comment saying: ‘My everything.’

Ross, who was the first deaf contestant to appear on the dating programme, has also introduced Magdalena to his daughter, Blue, signalling just how serious the relationship has become.

The new romance has drawn mixed reactions online. While some fans congratulated him, others were more skeptical.

They commented: ‘Weird how you can call someone your world twice in one year’

‘How many worlds can someone have in 1 year’

‘You had another my world not so long ago’

Another simply asked: ‘What happened?’

Meanwhile, the reason behind Ross and Sacha’s breakup remains unclear. Despite the former Miss Birmingham uprooting her life by moving from her hometown Walsall to Manchester in commitment to her marriage, Ross abruptly ended the relationship with little explanation.

Reports suggest Sacha accused Ross of ‘going cold’ after filming ended.

In a move that raised eyebrows, Sacha sold her final vows gown – originally costing £1,500 – on Vinted for £800, describing it as ‘very good’ condition and perfect for a wedding or prom.

During the ninth series, their relationship was far from smooth. Sacha admitted in the Homestays episode that she hesitated to move to Ross’s hometown of Manchester due to his fiery temper.

Even after Ross relocated to Walsall, their issues persisted, with tensions escalating when he reportedly stormed out and returned to Manchester.

The drama may not be over, as it’s believed the ex-couple will reunite for MAFS’ upcoming Christmas special.

A source told The Sun: ‘Producers are keen to bring back Ross and Sacha for the reunion after all the drama, but Ross is reluctant to face her.’

Sacha and Ross married after meeting for the first time at the altar and their bond was quickly established.

The painter and decorator was patient with Sacha who told him on their wedding day she is celibate, opting to sleep on the sofa.

He even won over Sacha’s father by going to a gym session with the bodybuilder, which was significant given the close relationship she shares with her family.

After moving into the show’s apartment together, Sacha purchased a sign language book to learn more about how to communicate with Ross, who was born deaf and wears two hearing aids.
