MAFS star Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli have captured the hearts of viewers once again, but this time it’s through their hilarious TikTok videos.
Fans are clamouring for the dynamic duo, along with Martha’s mum Mary, to have their own reality show.
Martha and Michael first met on the 2019 season of the Channel Nine dating show, and their journey has been closely followed by fans ever since.
The couple welcomed their first child together in February 2023, and their new life as parents has been the focus of many of Martha’s TikTok posts.
However, it’s Martha’s mum Mary who has become the unexpected star of these videos, winning over fans with her quick wit and savage one-liners.
In one particularly popular TikTok, which has amassed over 700,000 views, Martha confronts her mum with rumours from social media.
‘You don’t want us here anymore, that’s what people say on here,’ Martha tells Mary, to which she quickly retorts, ‘People are smart!’
Mary doesn’t hold back as she continues, ‘If you leave, oh my house is clean, because no one is here to freakin’ dirty it. Martha, a clean house is a clean mind! When you wake up and the house is clean, you start your day on a good day.’
The exchange, filled with laughter and playful bickering, had fans in stitches and calling for more.
As the playful argument escalates, Martha suggests they will move out, prompting Mary to offer to pack her bags.
‘Michael, get the luggage down!’ Mary calls out, before Martha jokes that her mum indeed wants them gone.
‘Oh, not Michael and the baby,’ Mary clarifies, leading to a brief appearance by Michael and Lucius before Michael wisely carries their son away from the escalating mother-daughter drama.
One of the most memorable moments came when Mary instructed Martha to ‘tell her friends’ (the TikTok audience) about a mess Lucius had made.
When Martha claimed ignorance of the mess, Mary’s response was legendary: ‘Oh my God, you could see it from the f***ing moon,’ a line that quickly became a fan favourite.
Comments poured in praising Mary’s humour and honesty.
‘You can see it from the fkn moon’ I’m crying,’ one person wrote. Another added, ‘It’s the ‘tell your friends’ gets me every time.’
Another fan enthusiastically commented, ‘I am dead!! Mary is life I want to live with her,’ echoing the sentiments of many who have fallen in love with the family’s candid and entertaining dynamic.
With fans dubbing the potential show ‘Keeping Up With The Kalifatidis,’ the demand for a dedicated reality series is stronger than ever.
