Married At First Sight star Clint Rice has taken a brutal dig at co-star Ryan Donnelly – shortly after confirming his relationship with Ryan’s ex, Jacqui Burfoot.
The pro golfer, who left the controversial social experiment last week after being paired with Lauren Hall, took to social media on Wednesday night with a shock video.
In the footage, the 44-year-old was seen strolling across his sprawling Tasmanian estate and past his private tennis court.
He then looked proudly at his $200,000 Porsche Macan and captioned the clip with a pointed jab: ‘POV: He wanted to be great.’
Clint’s cryptic post alluded to a fiery dinner party showdown between Ryan and Jacqui that aired the same night.
The explosive argument saw Jacqui question why Ryan wasn’t willing to improve himself.
‘Why don’t I want to be someone great? You see how that’s insulting, right?’ Ryan snapped back at her.
During the episode, Jacqui repeatedly criticised Ryan’s home in the Sydney suburb of Campbelltown, labelling the whole suburb as ‘boganic’.
Clint has officially moved on from his on-screen wife Lauren Hall and is now dating Jacqui – who had one of the rockiest relationships on the show with Ryan.
Jacqui, 29, herself was quick to gush over her new man in the comment section.
‘Guys, he is so great! He is full of integrity, perseverance, hard work, EQ, IQ and is so loving and kind. Best of all he lets the dog walk on a loose leash!’ she wrote, throwing shade at Ryan’s strict dog-training rules.
Jacqui’s criticisms of Ryan’s Sydney home are despite the fact he fully owns his property, while she filmed her Homestays in an Airbnb rental.
She has since has moved on and now lives with co-star Clint in his sprawling Tasmanian mansion.
Daily Mail Australia revealed last month that Jacqui and Clint had moved on together.
Since then, Jacqui has reportedly resigned from her job in Sydney and relocated to Tasmania to be with Clint.
It comes after resurfaced social media posts hinted at Jacqui and Clint’s romance.
Jacqui shared a post to Instagram back on December 16, after filming but prior to Channel Nine commandeering her account.
The images, innocuous enough at first glance, show a beaming Jacqui posing in a colourful dress.
‘Hi I’m Jacqui. Next chapter’s for the plot,’ she cryptically posted.
Jacqui could be seen posing in a bar room in Clint’s lavish Tasmanian estate, which the businessman had shared on his social media account previously.
Back in September 2024, he shared a fly-through video of his swanky digs, with the bar room in Jacqui’s images clearly visible.
Another photo, shared to his dog’s Instagram account FurSeasonClub, showed a picture of Clint’s loungeroom.
A woman, who appeared to be Jacqui, could be seen in the reflection of the television snapping a selfie.
Daily Mail Australia revealed Jacqui wasted no time ditching her TV husband Ryan, and has already relocated to Tasmania to start a new life with Clint, a former pro golfer-turned-successful businessman.
