Married At First Sight UK star Kieran Chapman left Chris Kamara and Ben Shephard gobsmacked after repeating a prank from his wedding day.

The mechanic from Newcastle met and married his wife Kristina on the E4 reality dating show, and gave her quite the shock at the altar.

Turning around to see her for the first time, the 30-year-old opted to pair his tweed suit with a set of terrifying false teeth, leaving Kristina telling the camera: ‘These teeth. What the f**k?’

Thankfully, the prank ended up going down well with his new wife, though viewers at home weren’t so convinced, with some calling it ‘an instant ick’ and ‘inappropriate’.

And he’s now decided to try it on two more unsuspecting people, though it turned out to be quite awkward.

Taking to Instagram with a clip where he appeared to be in an arcade, Kieran made light of the fact that he’s not as famous as you might thing, with Chris and Ben clearly unable to recognise him.

The reality star walked up to the former pro footballer and This Morning presenter, telling them: ‘Ben, Chris, I’m just wondering, do yous know who I am or not?’

‘Should we?’ Ben asked back, clearly confused.

‘Hang on,’ Kieran replied, turning around to put his teeth in.

‘Do you know who I am now?’ he asked, but his new look was still met by some baffled faces.

‘You haven’t got a clue, have you?’ Kieran laughed.

‘Enjoying my new found fame at last, getting recognized everywhere #idontknowjeff,’ he wrote in the caption.

The clip certainly had his followers in bits, with @debs1hilton writing: ‘I need some of those teeth just for the laughs.’

‘I’m in stitches,’ @paigemartinn_ said, while @dizziejoshelle wrote: ‘That was so funny at the wedding.’

Thankfully, Kristina found Kieran’s stunt hilarious at the wedding, with the new couple getting on like a house on fire, though he had admitted to producers that it would be a huge risk.

He confessed: ‘I think the teeth could make us look a little bit immature. I’m a little bit nervous to see how it goes.’

‘This could really end up bad. I just want to know if this girl’s fun.’

Married At First Sight UK is available to stream on Channel 4,and airs weeknights from 9pm on E4.
