Married At First Sight viewers were left unimpressed as they slammed some of the brides for ‘bullying’ after a feud burst into flames during the ladies’ night.
In the episode aired on Thursday evening (November 7), the Channel 4 smash dating programme tension was high as former brides made an astonishing return for a surprise reunion.
The brides that remained, such as Polly, Sacha, Lacey and Amy, were enjoying some fizz, when suddenly, the mood shifted to something less celebratory.
While the girls were relishing their outing, the voiceover chimed in with: “The wives and husbands go on a big night out… With some familiar faces making a comeback.”
Holly was the first to strut back in, triumphantly exclaiming: “Did someone call for some assistance?” Her friends were thrilled to bits to see her again, reports the Daily Record.
As other brides made their re-entries, not all received a warm embrace. Hannah’s arrival set off alarm bells, meeting a frosty reception as Holly took a jab with: “Oh, look what the cat has dragged in.”
Holly wasn’t done, diving straight in with a cutting query: “How many husbands have you run off with since you’ve left the experiment?”
Trying to respond to Holly’s abrasive questioning, Hannah was barraged by more jibes: “Do you want to do this now or later babe? How many have you linked with?”
While Hannah contended that she hadn’t been seeing any of the grooms, bride Sionainn was ready to drop a bombshell, revealing Hannah’s secret rendezvous with her former flame, Ryan.
The revelation stunned all as some brides turned on Hannah. In her defence, Hannah insisted that they were merely pals and he supported her due to her strained relations with the girls.
But Holly wasn’t buying it and blasted: “You have got zero girl code. I’m sorry but I really can’t stand you being in this room right now.”
Fellow bride Amy stood up for Hannah, commenting: “If they met up as friends, everyone doesn’t need to attack her. She doesn’t deserve to be attacked like this.”
Viewers at home sided with Amy, flocking to X, once known as Twitter, to voice their thoughts. One user expressed: “Hannah is digging herself a hole BUT they’re all being bullies #MAFSUK.”
Another voiced: “Bully girls back together #MAFSUK.” A third remarked: “Hannah is digging herself a hole BUT they’re all being bullies #MAFSUK.”
Another chimed in: “Bully girls back together #MAFSUK.” An irate viewer remarked: “I’m failing to see the issue with Hannah meeting up with some of the guys outside of the experiment. Holly is an awful bully #mafsuk.”
And another contributed: “Girl code? ? ? ? Wheres everyone else’s girl code ganging up and attacking 1 girl on her own? ? ? ? These girls are single handedly the vilest group I’ve ever seen on TV. They are bullies and how this is allowed to happen is ridiculous. #MAFSUK.”
