Former Married at First Sight bride Lucinda Light has confessed to a quirky pastime.
The 43-year-old fan favourite took to social media on Sunday with a new video in which she revealed she enjoyed ‘hugging’ lighthouses.
In the clip, the blonde reality star can be seen pressing her body against the outside of a beacon tower situated on the coast of Victoria.
‘If you are wondering where I am you can often find me down by the ocean hugging a lighthouse… I love hugging lighthouses’, she said.
Lucinda, who has often spoken about her spiritual beliefs, continued: ‘This particular lighthouse at Aireys Inlet, mum says is like hugging her mum, my grandma.
‘I can feel that when I hug this beautiful lighthouse because mum has encoded it with that meaning.’
She captioned the post: ‘Hugging lighthouses. Miss you Grandma.’
Lucinda recognised her habit might be confronting for some of her followers.
‘[And] you thought trees were weird,’ she joked as signed off, adding: ‘It gets weirder.’
Many followers posted messages of support.
‘Awww the meaning of it being your Grandma is so lovely, what a beautiful way to look at it,’ posted one fan.
‘There is nothing weird about it, it’s encoded in your name,’ said another follower.
Another fan sent their thanks for the share: ‘Fantastic post Lu! Lighthouses are my jam too,’ they wrote.
It comes as Lucinda’s fans base appears to be growing since her appearance in MAFS this year.
The wedding celebrant and holistic coach teased plans to tour Australia after recently selling out a UK speaking tour.
Speaking to Yahoo Australia, shr cryptically teased: ‘I am in discussions about it at the moment.
‘There’s lots on the cards and for me, the most pulsing energy is speaking to people, exchanging love and inspiring each other.’
The show, which is called An Evening with Lucinda Light, is estimated to net the TV personality an eye-watering $250,000.
The tour was originally set to take place over 10 days, with Lucinda doing eight gigs, with each ticket priced at £27.50 GBP ($52AUD) each.
However, she later added another 13 new shows to her touring schedule over two more months due to the staggering high demand for tickets.
As well as her UK speaking tour and her celebrity appearances, the celebrant also said she wouldn’t rule out a return to TV screens, no doubt delighting fans.
The MC said she has dreams of appearing on Dancing With The Stars and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.
‘I really want to be on one of those dancing shows where you get to wear sequin leotards, learn how to dance, and get really fit,’ she told Yahoo Lifestyle.
