With other marriages apparently crumbling around them, Married At First Sight’s Jamie Marinos and Dave Hand have emerged as one of the series’ strongest couples.
But it was Jamie that stepped out solo during the filming of the hit Channel Nine reality show.
The 28-year-old cut a modest figure on her solo outing, covering up her svelte form with a plain white cotton towel.
A bright pink bikini top, and a hint of cleavage could be seen poking out from under the towel as the fan favourite bride headed for a cooling dip.
She finished her ensemble with a pair of black Haviana thongs and a pair of tinted sunglasses.
She left her blonde locks down for the occasion and an obviously windy day made it difficult for her hair to behave.
Jamie also carried a water bottle and what appeared to be a change of clothes and a mobile phone in her right hand as she strolled toward her destination.
She was also spotted chatting on a second mobile phone, as she made her way back to her apartment at the Skye Suites in the Sydney CBD.
It appeared that Jamie’s phone conversation was serious in nature, with the reality star sporting a stoic expression as she chatted.
Jamie recently revealed candid details on her relationship with husband Dave, particularly what goes on in the bedroom.
While some MAFS couples threw themselves into the physical side of their relationships during Intimacy Week, Jamie and Dave took things at their own pace.
‘We were only like a week into having sex at that point. We did wait to get to know each other,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.
‘Me and Dave were both very adamant to build an emotional connection and get to know each other first.’
But the marketing manager could not resist slipping in a cheeky remark when asked about how things were going behind closed doors.
‘The job got done. Everyone was happy at the end of it,’ she quipped.
It’s clear that Jamie and Dave are one of the season’s strongest pairings, with their chemistry palpably growing with each episode, as chaos ensues around them.
Series ‘firecracker’ Jamie recently revealed to Daily Mail Ausralia what she really thought of fellow ‘trad wife’ bride Lauren Hall.
The bold bride did not hold back when asked about Lauren branding her ‘boganic’ during their first meeting at the hens night.
‘Oh, look, I think “boganic” is a hilarious term, and I even chucked it in my Instagram caption, so thanks, Lauren,’ Jamie laughed.
Lauren, 37, had dismissed the idea of ever being friends with Jamie, privately telling producers during the hens night that Jamie was ‘just a bit… boganic.’
But Jamie insists she had no idea there was any tension at the time.
‘Do you know what’s funny? I had no bloody idea me and Lauren had tension. I just thought she was a rude b**ch,’ she admitted.
‘I just thought she was very rude, but at the same time, I didn’t say anything bad about her because I thought, ‘It’s the first night—maybe she’s just very introverted.”
‘But she was just someone who didn’t get up and say hello to people, which I found very rude. You always saw me running up and saying hello.’
The outspoken bride also recalled a moment where she went out of her way to make others feel included, only to realise Lauren wasn’t giving the same energy back.
‘I knocked over a glass moving a chair for someone to sit down so everyone was included, because I’m a hospitable wog,’ Jamie explained. ‘But she was just very standoffish.’
Despite Lauren’s unfiltered assessment of her, Jamie remains unfazed, even poking fun at the dig.
‘Personally, I love trash bag nails. The longer, the better,’ she quipped.
‘I say things as they are’.
Jamie is known for her unfiltered personality, and she made it clear she won’t be holding back throughout the experiment.
