Polly Sellman debuted her newly-dyed blonde hair in stunning Instagram snaps on Thursday.

The Married At First Sight UK star has undergone a dramatic transformation, including a two stone weight loss journey since her time on the show.

Polly looked nothing short of sensational with her new platinum blonde hair and a flawless makeup look.

The beauty proudly showed off her incredible weight loss after posing in the lingerie she was gifted by her ex-husband Adam Nightingale.

The pair’s romance came to a turbulent end during the final dinner party last week, with Polly furiously branding Adam ‘a narcissist’ before ending their relationship.

After revealing her impressive transformation since filming the show, Polly shared a snap in the racy lingerie that Adam had previously given her during Couples Swaps Week, after he was encouraged by fellow bride Amy to spice things up in the bedroom.

However, at the time, Polly slammed Adam’s move and insisted it made her feel uncomfortable, after admitting she’d struggled with his reluctance to share physical affection towards her.

In a lengthy post, Polly furiously hit back at trolls who criticised her appearance, insisting body-shaming can lead to ‘horrendous extremes.’

She penned the caption: ‘I’ve had a lot of positive comments about my weight loss (and many other positives) since the show has aired.

‘But my god am I absolutely horrified off the back of last nights episode. I had absolutely nothing from the general public saying that I’m insecure with myself for weeks, and lo and behold, here you are making me all insecure of what I looked like.

‘Body shaming and making someone feel insecure (no matter how they look now) who is already going through stress is one of the worst things you can do. When you body shame someone ONLINE and PUBLICLY others are listening.

‘A friend with an eating disorder, someone struggling to lose baby weight, younger family members who have unrealistic body issues.

‘Body shaming a person in the name of advising them to be a certain way or to make fun of someone’s size, is a form of sarcasm, and mentally hurtful.

‘I lost my weight for my own reasons and none of you know why. Body shaming leads to horrendous extremes in which I hope never happens to me because of this but I can assure you it definitely hasn’t helped with how I feel about myself even after losing so much weight.

‘Being skinny is ok. Not being skinny is ok. Having curves are ok. Not having curves is ok.

‘Bashing someone for their body is NOT OK. It is absolutely one of the most disgusting things you can do to another person. And doing it online is even worse. You should all be so ashamed of yourselves.

‘The next time someone body shames anyone, just remember you’re an AWFUL human being. So congratulations on making a young girl who’s been vulnerable and herself on tv, feel like s**t all over again, so well done.’

Posing in the revealing blue lace two-piece, Polly ended her post simply with the phrase: ‘Thanks hubby.’

While it wasn’t clear who was the subject of Polly’s furious post, viewers saw her marriage to Adam come to a dramatic end during the final dinner party last week.

Viewers watched the combative couple sling insults during Monday’s dinner party, with the career advisor, 28, branding her groom, 35, a ‘f*****g narcissist’

Adam fumed: ‘If you’re going to frustrate me and moan at me all day, why would I want to come home and have sex with you?’, before letting his chair crash to the ground as he got to hit feet.

Polly then hit back: ‘You’ve led me on, you’ve f***** me about, and you’ve p***** me right off’ before storming off.

Back in September, Polly first shared that she’d been on a six-month mission to slim down, and unveiled her impressive transformation in a before and after post.

Penning a lengthy caption about her transformation, she wrote: ‘This has been an ongoing journey since the end of March, and since then I’ve lost around 2 stone (with some help).

‘It’s not until I look at these photos back that I really do see how different I look. It’s been a case of upping my water intake, eating less and moving more. And I love that I’ve found a huge passion for fitness again because of the routine I really kept to, and still do.

‘The first photo was the end of March, the second was around the beginning of July, and the last is the most recent up to a comparison photo of me exactly this time last year in Aus to Friday evening.

‘I still have a little way to go to get to my goal weight then when I’m there it’s going to be building strength and maintaining the weight I’ve lost without living a restricted lifestyle and keep a healthy relationship with food and drink.

‘I’ve always been confident however not so much with my body, now have a lot more self confidence and feel so much more comfortable in certain clothing whereas I didn’t before.

‘I dressed well for my shape and size but never felt hugely comfortable just the fact I knew how to dress to hide certain insecurities.

‘However that’s now changed and I don’t think as much about covering certain things when I’m ordering clothes and it feels sooooo good.’
