Love Island’s Grace Jackson and Reuben Collins are set for a tense exchange in Friday night’s episode of Love Island.
The heated confrontation was sparked by Reuben suggesting Harry Baker isn’t attracted to her during the couple’s challenge.
As Reuben tried to lean in for a hug before she began speaking, Grace shrugged it off, telling him: ‘I don’t want a hug right now.’
She began by saying: ‘I feel like I am actually quite p***ed off by your comment in the challenge today, I’ll be real. It was a little bit like you were trying to embarrass me and Harry….. I feel like you should know better.’
She added that she was shocked by seeing him with Lola Deluca, 22, after she stole him from her, and told Reuben: ‘You were stood there with your arm around her stroking her waist, for me that’s disrespectful’.
Fans were disappointed that Lola Hart chose to play it ‘safe’ by stealing Reuben on Thursday night instead of Joey Essex, even after the pair shared flirty chats throughout the day.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, fans confessed they ‘didn’t see that coming’ and claimed Lola only chose Reuben to be on the ‘safe side’.
While Reuben and Grace are on shaky ground, Friday’s spoiler also teased Josh Oyinsan and Mimii Ngulube’s first date as an official couple.
A text read: ‘Josh and Mimii, it’s time for you to go on your first date as a couple, get ready to leave the Villa. #MarketMeetCute #MakingMemories’
As the two excitedly headed to get ready, Mimii revealed she was nervous while Josh said: ‘I need help with the drip boys’ as Sean Stone joked: ‘Do you need any sweet chat up lines for the big day?’
Heading out of the Villa, Josh and Mimii looked around an authentic Spanish market on the island, coming across a stall selling crochet teddy bears.
Mimii told him: ‘I feel like it’s only right for us to have our first ted, that will be our first born’
As the two picked out their favourite, they decide to name him ‘Jomii’ a mix between their two names.
Cheersing to their ‘beautiful first date, of many’ the spoiler revealed that Mimii has some feelings about their situation she wants to share and Josh is considering taking the next step in their Love Island journey.
As some couples are settling down, Love Island threw another curve ball and announced that Friday night will be the final recoupling just one day after Lolly Hart and Konnor Ewduzi were dumped from the villa on Thursday night.
Ayo Odukoya received a text which read: ‘Can all Islanders gather round the Fire Pit immediately’
Once seated, the next text revealed: ‘Islanders, tonight will be the final recoupling where the boys will choose which girl they want to couple up with’.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
