The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Lisa Vanderpump once learned that one of her co-stars’ partners was cheating on them — and said nothing.
Following the 2023 separation of Kyle Richards, 55, and Mauricio Umansky, 53, and Dorit Kemsley‘s separation from Paul “PK” Kemsley, 56, earlier this year, Lisa, 63, targeted reality stars who keep their true lives hidden, addressed a potential cast reboot on Vanderpump Rules, and shared which Pump Rules star reminds her most of herself.
After host Alex Cooper asked Lisa if she had ever “known a castmate’s partner was cheating” on the May 29 episode of Call Her Daddy, via Heavy, Lisa replied, “Yes, I have.”
“Well, there was somebody, recently, that had this complicated scenario. Yeah. In one [of] the shows [I have starred on]. I’m not telling you. And I kind of knew. Yeah, I’ve known, yeah,” she continued. “I didn’t say anything. Because sometimes people don’t want to hear it.”
According to Lisa, she’s not a fan of those who fail to showcase their real lives with the cameras.
“Suddenly, they get divorced, but they’ve been saying, ‘Oh, love bean. Oh my king. Oh my this, oh my that.’ Life is not like that,” she noted.
While Alex asked Lisa if she was referring to Kyle or Dorit, 47, being cheated on, she wouldn’t say.
“You’re not guessing or doing or saying anything. That is not a headline I’m living with. So no, it’s not either of them. It could be. But it’s not,” she teased.
When Lisa was then asked about Pump Rules season 11 concluding with a fractured group, she noted that they’d “been in that place before.”
“The thing with the show is, I think that people feel very attached to it because they’ve grown up with it and there has been at some point, somebody will identify with one of them in the group and I think it would be hard for people really to let it go,” she shared. “So do I think it will be back? Yes. Do I think it needs to breathe? Yes. Am I totally business opening another restaurant? Yes. So I think let’s just give it a minute, let everybody live their life.”
As for having an all-new group working at SUR Restaurant featured on season 12, Lisa added, “That might be a thought.”
Also on the podcast, Lisa named Stassi Schroeder, 35, when asked which cast member she was most like in her 20s.
“I think I’m quite a lot like Stassi in a way, I’m not chucking drinks in people’s faces but I was out but Stassi sees the funny side,” she explained. “Stassi, it was such a disappointment to me when she was let go but it was a sign of the times. Everybody was reacting to what was going on in the world and I agreed and I understood that. But I think if we all look back at what we did when we were younger, everybody makes some mistakes and I think that’s the whole point of growth .. And I think Stassi has taken it and run with it.”
