Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd, her husband, have quite a bit going on regarding their businesses.

The former RHOBH star has multiple restaurants and bars and will soon add a French hotel to their repertoire. However, there’s also drama as Lisa and Ken are facing some pretty serious allegations from former staff members.

Lisa and Ken have been recently accused of not paying their employees. As some fans know, this wasn’t the first time they had been accused of not paying employees. They have since been ordered to pay around $24k to former employees. Now, weeks before Vanderpump Rules returns to Bravo, they are being accused of wrongful termination.

According to Page Six, former bartenders from TomTom Restaurant & Bar, who worked there from May to December 2022, have filed a suit claiming that they were fired for reporting “unsavory working conditions.”

At least one of the former employees suing says that Lisa and Ken “blacklisted him by defaming him to future employers.” He also alleges that they “[published] false statements and comments to numerous third parties” to disparage his “profession, reputation and character.”

According to the legal documents, the person feels that the “rumors and false statements were made with actual malice.”

Regarding the conditions in the restaurant, they say it was unsafe for employees and that there was “sewage and backup in the employee break/locker room.” Additionally, they added, “During this period, [the former bartenders] experienced rampant violations of California labor laws, harassment, and unsafe working conditions.”

Notably, Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz co-own the restaurant. However, they are not named in the lawsuit. As fans know, TomTom Restaurant & Bar is often featured on Vanderpump Rules.

As of now, neither Lisa nor Tom have responded to the lawsuit. Fans can watch the season premiere of Vanderpump Rules on January 30 on Bravo. Lisa’s new Hulu show, Vanderpump Villa, is also coming soon.
