Kristen Doute slammed Lala Kent for suggesting Ariana Madix became ‘God’ for getting cheated on. Kristen hinted that Lala was “jealous,” and she said the comment – if taken in the right context – was “f**ked up.” She also reacted to Tom Schwartz‘s claim about kissing Scheana Shay.
After Lala’s shocking quote surfaced on a Vanderpump Rules preview, the star claimed she was taken out of context.
“My opinion on that…” said Kristen of the quote, speaking on her Sex, Love, and What Else Matters podcast, via @byewighellodrama on Instagram. “I do think [Lala]’s talking about Ariana. I do think she meant it in the moment.”
Kristen mentioned that Lala and Stassi stated publicly that they weren’t given the same opportunities as Ariana after they were cheated on.

“But you know what? Me neither,” said Kristen, whom Tom cheated on a decade ago. “Times are different. Things happen in life. Like go ahead, be jealous. Be pissy, whatever.”
Kristen claimed she doesn’t “know” that Lala is jealous, but Kristen said she isn’t “salty” and “bitter” that she wasn’t treated the same way after Tom’s first cheating scandal.
She then praised Ariana for taking the opportunities given to her, and she called Lala’s ‘God’ comment – if the context was right – “f**ked up.”
Kristen then addressed Schwartz’s alleged kiss with Scheana, which was also mentioned in the trailer.
“I think he said it as a total joke. I think he said it for shock value,” said Kristen, via @byewighellodrama. “The look on Schwartz’s face when he said it, he’s just not a great liar when it comes to things that aren’t serious.”
Kristen guessed that he and Lala’s conversation from the trailer was getting “too deep” for Schwartz, so he switched the subject with “comic relief” – hence the kiss claim.
