Joe Giudice seemed to slam his ex-wife, Teresa Giudice, with a post shared to his Instagram Story earlier this week about being “happy” with “no wife.”
As he also promoted his upcoming celebrity boxing match with TV and film star Antonio Sabato Jr., 52, the 52-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey alum shared a photo on his page featuring a pickup truck with a shady message on it.
“No wife happy life,” it stated, as seen in a screenshot shared by Taste of Reality on Instagram.
Meanwhile, on his main page, in a post shared last month, Joe included a flyer for his boxing event, which is set to take place in his new hometown of Nassau, Bahamas, on December 7.
In the flyer, it was stated that WWE Hall of Fame and Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle would serve as the event’s special guest referee.
Following the sharing of the post, a number of Joe’s fans and followers weighed in, many of whom reminded him that Teresa Giudice‘s new husband, Luis Ruelas, 50, had recently made some controversial statements about his four young daughters.
“I would love to see Joe box Louie, not [Antonio],” some one stated.
“You should be boxing Louie!” wrote another.
Someone else said, “I only came on here to see when Joe is going to knock Luis’ head off his shoulder.” Another person shared, “Joe vs Louie!!!!!”
As RHONJ fans may have seen, Joe did respond to Luis’ statements about his daughters in a series of comments shared on Instagram.
In his first message, which came in response to a fan who requested his thoughts on the matter, Joe admitted, “He comes off pretty weird just didn’t come across well he’s actually not a bad person I met him a few times.”
One day later, Joe shared a second post, suggesting that his initial statement was taken “out of context.”
“I know there are a lot of stories out there saying I commented badly on Louie. I’ve spent time with Louie, and I want to say I would never say anything wrong about him,” he stated. “Louie is a great guy and very good to my daughters. My daughters are very fortunate to have him in their lives. I’m grateful for that. That’s all I have to say. Enough with this BS.”
On an August episode of Teresa’s podcast, Turning the Tables, Luis shocked listeners who labeled him “sick” as he discussed Teresa’s daughters, Gia Giudice, 23, Gabriella Giudice, 20, Milania Giudice, 18, and Audriana Giudice, 14.
“You know, nothing bad, or anything like that. But I’m saying, like, go to the club and dance, wear a thong, wear a short skirt, show your legs off a little bit,” he said, as heard in a snippet of the episode shared by Instagram’s @HWHistorian2. “Because they’re the most proper girls I’ve ever met, but it’s like, experience it now. Take a risk.”
