Married at First Sight Australia 2024‘s Lucinda Light has shared a life update amid her “overwhelming” post-show journey.
From speaking tours to subscription portals, the fan-favourite bride has been keeping busy since her stint on the marriage experiment.
On July 2, the self-proclaimed “earth mama” took to Instagram to reflect on her success before revealing some changes she’d be making to her fast-paced lifestyle.
“Getting out of Married at First Sight has been both exciting and overwhelming,” the 43-year-old started.
“I’ve been trying to do it all, spinning all the plates at once and finding myself shackled to my computer most days.
“My eyes are sore, my back has been tight, and my body isn’t as fit as I’d like it to be. So, changes are afoot… I realised that what I’ve been doing isn’t sustainable.”
Married at First Sight‘s Lucinda Light is ‘reallocating’ her time to ‘fun’ and ‘dating spunky suitors’
Lucinda then explained that after trying to create merch, she realised it wasn’t for her.
“I’ve come to a full-blown ‘Nah, no way, not for me’… It’s not my jam! Plus, design is so subjective,” she said.
“I’m reallocating my time to fun, nature stomps, dating spunky suitors, and spreading joy from a well-lived place, not working round the clock managing a million different aspects of business.”
The reality star then revealed she was learning “humbling lessons” as she “let things go”.
“I want to navigate this journey from a place of cup over-floweth and get back to basics,” she added before poking fun at her name.
“Lucinda Dim might come and go depending on my cycle and what’s out of my control. But mostly, I’m committed to sharing love and light, loving you lot and myself on this wild-hearted planetary ride.”
