Garcelle Beauvais reacted to Crystal Kung Minkoff’s exit, revealed their text exchange after learning the news, and clapped back at Annemarie Wiley’s recent shade.
According to a report, Crystal was fired from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills because she didn’t contribute to the drama. Though she often stayed out of fights, Crystal frequently defended her biggest allies, Garcelle and Sutton Stracke.
“I’m really disappointed,” said Garcelle of Crystal’s exit in an interview with Access Hollywood. “Like [Crystal] said, I think it’s bittersweet for her … It’s a tough show.”
“I was shocked by the news,” Garcelle went on. “Somebody sent me the post and I forwarded it to her and I said, ‘Tell me this is not true.’ And then she goes, ‘I was going to call you,’ and I go, ‘What are you trying to say?’ And then she called me.”
Garcelle expressed she’s still “bummed” about it.
“Cause I feel like she was just getting her voice,” Garcelle explained. “…and you know, Bravo makes their decision. I have nothing to do with casting.”
She also was asked about Annemarie’s recent shade.
“My life is so full. I have amazing things going on and I time to be petty on social media,” she said.
Addressing the hypothetical return of Lisa Vanderpump, Garcelle stated: “I would love for Lisa Vanderpump to come back … I love her. I would love it.”
Though some fans are rooting for Lisa’s return, it seems unlikely – given she’s still at odds with Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, and Erika Jayne. But now that Dorit is rumored to be leaving as well, the chances are getting higher.
