Married at First Sight Australia 2024‘s Sara Mesa has revealed which co-star kept starting drama with her during filming, and pass us the popcorn!

Fans were a tad confused when Sara locked horns with Michael Felix at the 2024 Couples Retreat.

During part three of her tell-all on the So Dramatic! podcast, Sara revealed that she got along well with the groom at the Hens’ night, but he randomly turned on her when he returned to the show as an intruder.

“When he returned halfway through the experiment, everyone had built these friendships,” the nutritionist told host Megan Pustetto, using her group with Lauren Dunn, Eden Harper and Tori Adams as an example.

“When he realised these groups were already made, I assume he thought, ‘I’m not in their group, so who’s group am I going to be in?’.”

The 29-year-old recalled that he then became “really close friends” with Cassandra Allen, whom she’d been feuding with all season.

“Cass didn’t like me, so I think they [decided to] back each other up,” she explained.

Married at First Sight‘s Sara reveals why Michael ‘came for her’ at the Reunion

ICYMI: During the show, Michael’s hubby Stephen Stewart confessed he felt an instant attraction for his hairdresser, admitting he didn’t have those same feelings for Michael.

According to Sara, Michael came for her during the explosive Reunion because she was on Stephen’s side during the “hairdresser scandal”.

“I was on Stephen’s side because they made it look like he was cheating, but he wasn’t. He was straight up about [his attraction for his hairdresser,” Sara explained.

“I wanted to defend him because Michael was going off at everybody. So that’s where [Michael’s anger at the Reunion] came from. He felt defensive.”

Married at First Sight‘s Sara says Michael kept ‘COMING’ for her and Lauren at the Reunion

Sara also spilled that Michael kept trying to “come for” her and Lauren during the Reunion and “involve himself” in their drama.

“He’d target us and call us ‘mean girls’ and all the things under the sun. But he’d come and apologise, then start yelling again.

“We were thinking, ‘Are you sorry, or do you hate us?’ He kept yelling and then apologising. It was very bizarre and confusing.

“I know he’s very close with Cass. So they obviously have some sort of hatred towards me.” Weird!
