Days of our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, June 26, interrupt Chanel and Johnny’s plans to move to California with a medical emergency that could change everything.
Dangerous Dames
It’s a case of whiplash for Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) as the young parents to be go from being told everything is fine with their unborn baby, to some potentially bad news, to Chanel suffering stomach pains, which prompt her husband and mother to take her to the hospital. Will Chanel lose her child? Will she learn that it risks having lifelong health problems?
And, most importantly, will Paulina (Jackée Harry) make the emergency all about herself as she paces the hospital halls, shrieking about how it was her rash behavior that put Chanel and her baby in danger (true enough), and why isn’t anyone making her feel better about that? Do they have something better to do?
Going to the Chapel
First, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) was going to propose to Theresa (Emily O’Brien). Then he changed his mind. But Theresa had found the ring and was offended when he didn’t propose. So they broke up.
But then Alex slept with Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) — and after sleeping with Brady (Eric Martsolf) herself — Theresa decided she wanted him back. So they are back together. And now Alex has proposed for real. It’s time to let the rest of Salem know. Theresa figures that now that Konstantin (John Kapelos) is dead, nothing can stand in the way of her happiness. Yeah, the course of true love does not always run smoothly in her parents’ hometown.
Tale as Old as Time
Xander (Paul Telfer) has made it clear he doesn’t want his mother at his wedding. Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) has made it clear she doesn’t care what Xander wants. So he attempts to illuminate his sad childhood in greater detail…by telling Sarah about his complicated relationship with Victor (John Aniston), which was even more complicated than Xander knows. But Theresa does.
