Brandi Glanville claimed she still hasn’t received a “personal apology” from Andy Cohen – after he wrote a social media post apologizing for what he calls an “inappropriate” joke.

But Brandi doesn’t believe that the video (in which allegedly invited Brandi to watch him have sex with Bravo star Kate Chastain) was just a joke. In a letter from her lawyers to NBC, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star accused him of sexual harassment.

“I have not received a personal apology from anyone,” wrote Brandi in a February 26 tweet. “I saw an apology that Andy posted TO HIS FANS for his mistreatment of me and inappropriateness.”

Around the same time, Bethenny addressed the allegations, saying the “topic at hand” is “positions of power” and “abuse of power.”

Shen brought up the reference to Matt Lauer from the letter by Brandi’s attorneys.

“He was in a power position and really could do whatever he wanted,” said Bethenny of the former NBC co-host, in a TikTok shared by @nosmokenomore on X. “And this [situation with Andy] is an alleged impropriety with an employee and talent.”

Bethenny then seemed to shade Andy’s apology.

“It was interesting that he apologized publicly,” said Bethenny. “Like he definitely issued a public apology, but to who? Because I don’t believe she’s received a private apology.”

“So is he apologizing to us or just explaining to us?” she asked. “But he didn’t send us the video. He sent her the video. So did he apologize to her?”
