Before It All Ended In Tears! Married At First Sight Exes Jacqui Burfoot And Ryan Donnelly Hold Hands As They Enjoy Gym Session Together Before Their Brutal Split

Her disastrous marriage to Ryan Donnelly has been playing out on Married At First Sight for weeks.

But before the tears, tantrums, epic fights and endless Instagram posts dragging her TV husband, Jacqui Burfoot looked happy in the company of her ex during filming last year.

In stark contrast to the couple’s Dinner Party showdown this week, Jacqui, 29, was seen smiling and even holding hands with Ryan as they enjoyed a private work out together.

She beamed as they strolled back to their apartment in activewear after hitting the gym.

Jacqui flaunted her trim physique in a form-fitting white crop top and matching leggings and grinned as she held onto her husband’s wrist while exiting the gym.

Ryan, who donned a navy muscle tank, shorts and a blue pair of Converse sneakers, wore a serious expression and appeared too tired to front a smile.

Fast forward several months later, the pair are now at each other’s throats and for the past couple of weeks have dragged each other on social media.

Jacqui took to TikTok on Thursday to post half a dozen videos responding to fan questions after her marriage to Ryan imploded.

The controversial bride hosted a live ‘Ask Me Anything’, addressing everything from her true feelings about Ryan to her current relationship with fellow MAFS groom Clint and being a self-described ‘cry baby.’

‘I can see that you genuinely did care for Ryan as a person despite everything,’ one viewer commented on one of Jacqui’s posts on Thursday.

‘I have space in my heart for everyone, even the worst of society,’ she replied.

Responding to another fan, who asked how Jacqui is enjoying her post-MAFS life in Tasmania with Clint, she said ‘Clint makes me so happy.’

‘I have never been happier in my life. He took me from broken human being and basically nursed me back to life.

‘I am a cry baby,’ she added in yet another video, but said her on-screen behaviour all came down to the ‘daily trauma’ of filming.

‘When I can’t get out of bed, Clint is there for me and hugging me.

‘He is my rock. He is my life.’

Jacqui also fanned the flames of her wild couple swap, as she responded to another viewer who asked if she thinks Lauren Hall and Ryan would make a good couple based on their shared values.

‘Trad wife’ bride Lauren Hall was matched with Clint, after being ghosted by her first MAFS groom Eliot Donovan on their honeymoon.

Meanwhile, Jacqui had been with Ryan from the start, but quickly moved out of her Manly share house after filming to move in with the wealthy ex pro golfer in Tasmania.

‘Personally, I don’t think Ryan earns enough for Lauren,’ Jacqui said.

‘Because she wanted someone that earns $1million per year and he’s a part-time actor.’
