The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) may ultimately regret trusting Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Audra plans to be Nate’s secret weapon, but she could easily switch sides and become Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) secret weapon instead.
After all, Adam recently offered Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) the chance to create any position she wanted at McCall Unlimited.
Audra could get a similar offer if she’s willing to change teams – and she certainly could be tempted if Adam makes a sweet enough offer.
Based on Audra and Nate’s conversation in Y&R’s May 24 episode, these two are bound to do some serious clashing over their goals.
Audra is an “I want it now” kind of gal, but Nate is willing to ride this out and play the long game.
That’ll inevitably lead to Audra trying to fast-track things against Nate’s wishes and getting pushback.
Nate may end up having to put Audra in her place and remind her that success often takes time.
Of course, Audra won’t see it that way – especially if Adam is offering her more immediate results.
Audra has been a mole before, so she has the necessary skills and could become Adam’s inside woman at Newman Media.
It’ll be much easier for Adam to go up against the competition if he knows what moves Nate and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) are going to make before they make them.
Audra might even take the initiative and offer her services to Adam once she realizes it’ll take forever to land on the Newman Media throne.
Perhaps Audra will decide she’d rather create a shiny new throne for herself somewhere at McCall Unlimited – maybe even in a position with more clout and better pay.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) gave Adam total autonomy, so Adam may think he has every right to secretly poach Audra and use her to win this war.
It’d be nice to see Adam pull off a big victory for once – and with Audra in his corner, Adam might stand a real shot at defeating Victoria and Nate.
It would serve Nate and Victoria right since they’ve proven they’re selfish schemers who hurt people to get what they want.
Adam might play dirty with Audra’s help, so they could finally send a good dose of payback in Victoria and Nate’s direction.
