Kyle Richards is speaking out about an encounter she had with Sutton Stracke at sister Kathy Hilton‘s Christmas party.

While also sharing how she and Mauricio Umansky, 53, have been navigating their living situation and revealing how Morgan Wade, 28, has been doing since undergoing a double mastectomy, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 54, opened up about her “rude” run-in with Sutton, 52, reacted to Teddi Mellencamp, 42, refusing to film, and more.

“I went up and I said, ‘Happy holidays,’ and I gave her a hug. And she was like, she did like, this weird face to me. She said something like, ‘What are you doing?’” Kyle recalled during an appearance on Amazon Live last week. “I said, ‘I’m breaking the ice. Happy holidays.’ And I jokingly said, ‘You’re in trouble.’ And then she said something kinda rude back. And then I said, ‘Okay, well I’m just trying to be nice and break the ice.’ And then she left.”

According to Kyle, she doesn’t know “what’s going on” between her and Sutton.

“I was always friends with Sutton… It does hurt my feelings, but we’ll have to deal with that at the reunion,” she noted.

Moving on to her living situation with Mauricio, whom she’s been separated from for months, Kyle said that despite their marital status, they “get along” and “care about each other so much.”

“We get along and we care about each other so much and our family that we’ve built. I know it must seem strange that we live here in this house together but we’re not together. But for now, it’s been working for us,” she shared. “Is that sustainable? I don’t know about that. I can just tell you that this is not a situation where there’s fighting going on at all… We have our freedom to do what we want to do, and we care about each other and putting our family first.”

In the months since their separation was confirmed, Kyle has been romantically linked to Morgan. And while they both have denied those reports, they’ve maintained a very close friendship.

“She’s doing really well [after her surgery],” Kyle said of Morgan’s double mastectomy. “She’s back home in Virginia recovering and she’s doing well. I mean, as well as can be expected. That’s a very major surgery. It’s painful. So, she’s healing.”

Throughout the first half of RHOBH season 13, Kyle’s castmates, including Sutton, have continued to press her to share more of her personal life on the show. But according to Kyle, she believes she’s shared plenty in recent years.

“When people say, ‘Oh Kyle doesn’t want to share,’ I think Sutton said that, I’ve shared my life for 13 years on the show. I’m the only one who’s had two siblings on the show and gone through all of those difficult times,” she noted. “You’ve seen my children have everything from being in diapers to learning to drive to going off to college to graduating college… You’re sharing your dating coach. Please.”

As for Teddi’s refusal to film, Kyle said that while Teddi did film one event out of support for her, she had no interest in additional cameos.

“She showed up to the event that was in the honor of my best friend Lorene that passed away from suicide, so she came to support me… but other than that, she declined to show up the entire season,” Kyle revealed. “I really wanted her to but that was a hard no.”

Speaking of her tattoos, Kyle confirmed she has “seven and counting.”

“Who knew that I would be so like open to that now cause I was so freaked out about it when I was younger?” she wondered.

Also during the appearance, Kyle revealed if she sees herself being friends with Sutton in the future.

“Yes, I do,” she confirmed. “I mean, I feel like anybody who cares about each other can always come back around.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
