The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, May 8, tease that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will embrace his biological mother, Harmony aka Yolanda Hamilton (Chene’ Lawson), and wonder how she even heard about Neil Winters’ (Kristoff St. John) last-minute memorial party.
Harmony may confess that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) got in touch and encouraged her to come celebrate what an amazing man Neil was.
Before Devon can fully wrap his head around seeing Harmony again, Y&R spoilers say Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) will return to Genoa City and leave Devon over the moon.
At some point, Devon may corner Tucker alone and thank him for arranging this double homecoming surprise since it’ll mean so much.
We should mention that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will make it back from Los Angeles and attend this gathering as well.
Nate may avoid creating too much drama and keep the focus on remembering Neil, but he’ll probably know more backlash is brewing.
Devon and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will get updates on the way Nate betrayed Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) at some point in the coming episodes, so he’d better brace for more conflict.
It seems like Nate constantly finds ways to prove he’s not the good guy that he wants everyone to believe he is!
After Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) leaves the memorial bash, he’ll fly into a rage during a secret meeting with Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier).
Daniel may think it’s ridiculous that they have to hang out in the park hoping for a glimpse of their back-from-the-dead mother while Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) own framed mom is facing murder charges.
Although Summer will be determined to figure out a solution for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) before they clear Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), Daniel will get riled up over Summer’s lies and all the pain she’s causing.
Summer may confess that it kills her to know she’s adding to Kyle’s suffering, but she’ll feel the need to make Phyllis the priority right now and will push Daniel to do the same.
