Y&R spoilers are making us reassess who is in and who is out at Newman Media on a daily basis. Frankly, we’ve lost count of who wants what, who is aligned with whom, and how it’s all supposed to play out. There is one thing we know for sure, however: No matter who wins, Audra is going to lose.
Y&R Spoilers Speculation: In Your Corner
Sure, Victor (Eric Braeden) currently seems to be Team Audra (Zuleyka Silver) all the way. (Anyone who understands why, please drop us a note to explain.) She might think she’s got him snowed. But Victor changes his mind more often than Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) changes outfits. (Nikki changes outfits a lot.)
Just because Audra got Victor’s buy-in after one conversation doesn’t mean there aren’t a lot more troubling conversations in her future. Victor will have more questions. And he will have more loyalty tests. Audra can’t possibly expect to ace them all.
Y&R: They’re All Against You
Adam (Mark Grossman) has already made it clear to Victor that he thinks Audra’s head should be the first to roll. And now that Nate (Sean Dominic) has no more use for her, he’s bound to suggest the same to Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Will Victor stand up to his children?
Y&R Spoilers: What’s In It For Me?
Right now, Victor seems to be using Audra as a battering ram with which to pummel Victoria, Nicholas (Joshua Morrow), and Adam. Which makes her a tool.
And what are tools? They are something you use to get what you really want. They are not the endgame. The endgame is Victor getting his children to do what he wants. As soon as that happens, he’ll have no more use for Audra. She better hope she still has Kyle (Michael Mealor) wrapped around her bed sheets then. He’s much easier to manipulate.
