Married At First Sight bride Jacqui Burfoot and her fiancé Clint Rice have revealed intimate details about when they plan on tying the knot, as well as exciting baby news.
The happy couple, who got engaged during a MAFS viewing party early last month, took to Instagram on Saturday night to answers some burning questions from their fans.
When one follower asked if the pair had set a wedding date, Jacqui revealed they are hoping to tie the knot early next year, before revealing they are already talking about having children.
‘We haven’t set a wedding date yet, but we’re hoping it will be between January and March next year,’ she said as the couple sat on their couch together in Clint’s lavish Tasmanian home.
‘We’re actually ready for kids and babies. Personally, I want to get married before I get pregnant. I don’t want to be dealing with the drama of being pregnant and having a wedding dress be altered throughout my pregnancy.
‘We’re very keen to get married ASAP.’
The news comes after Jacqui was forced to address pregnancy rumours which emerged in the wake of her engagement to groom Clint, 44, last month.
Taking to her Instagram Stories at the time, the reality TV star shared a direct message she received from a fan congratulating her on her happy news and asking if she was expecting.
Jacqui, who Clint proposed to during a MAFS viewing party in early April, was quick to set the record straight as she denied being pregnant.
‘No, we are not expecting and I am not pregnant!’ she wrote in the caption over the top of her fan message.
‘The media have been inaccurate on a lot and I don’t have time to see it all, but they should really fact check on these things when it comes to this because I know it’s a sensitive topic for a lot.
‘Come to me for the facts about my body, and Clint and I for our relationship news.’
Clint made his shocking proposal just days earlier, with footage of the Tasmanian businessman getting down on one knee being shared to TikTok.
It wasn’t long before an elated Jacqui said ‘yes’, scooping up her hunk and planting a joyous kiss on his smiling lips.
Later in the footage, Jacqui proudly flashed her blinding diamond ring to her adoring MAFS fans as she grinned with glee.
Jacqui and Clint’s relationship was the talk of the town during the dramatic finale of MAFS season 12.
Ryan Donnelly sensationally accused the pair of beginning their romance while Jacqui was still with the groom during filming.
During the bombshell final episode, the controversial bride took to the couch with Ryan, 36, to discuss their three-month marriage and watch it play out on the screen.
However, despite rumours she and fellow participant Clint struck up a romance during filming, she has stayed firm on the fact they only connected after the experiment.
‘After Final Vows things ended pretty badly and I was pretty sad for about two weeks and crying. Clint and I had started talking and we developed a friendship,’ Jacqui told the experts.
‘We started bonding over our shared experience in the experiment and how disappointed we essentially were and then Clint invited me down to Tasmania.
‘So, I just took the leap, flew down with a one way ticket there and we just hit it off,’ she said, adding they have a lot in common and hate being away from each other.
Jacqui then dropped another bombshell about her exciting future with the pro-golfer.
‘Now I’m moving in with Clint,’ she shared.
