Tom Sandoval On If He And Ariana Sold Their House, If They Speak, & Last He Heard From Rachel, Plus Jax’S Addiction, Where He Stands With Lala & Scheana, Traitors Drama With Dolores And Chrishell, And Business With Schwartz

Tom Sandoval appeared on Wednesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, where he offered an update on the sale of his house with Ariana Madix and revealed if they are in touch.

While also sharing the last time he spoke to Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 30, reacting to the reveal of Jax Taylor‘s cocaine addiction, and offering an update on his relationships with Lala Kent, 34, and Scheana Shay, 39, the 42-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum looked back on his drama with Dolores Catania, 54, and Chrishell Stause, 43, on The Traitors and revealed if he’d go back into business with Tom Schwartz, 42.

“We have not [sold the house],” Sandoval confirmed on the March 5 episode of WWHL. “It’s been a lot of work. I’ve been doing a lot of the heavy lifting. It’s just, it’s the way that it’s just been. It takes a while.”

Although Sandoval seemed to move into a new home with girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, who he’s been dating for the past year, in late 2024, he said he’s “currently” residing in his previously shared home with Ariana, 39, and added that they only speak “through her entertainment lawyer.”

As for his communication with Rachel, who is currently suing both him and Ariana, Sandoval said he couldn’t “even remember” when they last spoke.

“Way before. Two years ago, [or] whatever,” he guessed.

Just days after Jax came clean about his addiction, Sandoval admitted to being “so proud” of his former castmate.

“He really seems like he’s really been working on himself, for real,” he noted, confirming he “was somewhat aware of his problems with addiction,” as was the rest of the cast.

Sandoval then shared that he had been in touch with Lala after she defended him against The Traitors cast, who were making fun of him.

“I talked to her before I came out here,” he revealed.

Sandoval has spoken to Scheana as well.

“I actually just sent her a text the other day because we used to play Dance Dance Revolution, and ‘Rock Lobster’ popped up on the radio, and I sent it to her,” he disclosed. “We still talk, not like a ton. Obviously, we’re all busy. That’s the one thing when we’re not filming our show, we always take a little bit of a break. But now, we’re kind of coming back together again.”

Moving on to his drama on The Traitors, Sandoval denied a feud with Dolores.

“I actually really did think that Dolores was a traitor. First, get off the boat, she kept sharing details at breakfast that would’ve been useful the day before. She had no care about getting shields, had no worry about getting murdered, and so I felt bad because we actually hit it off right off the bat,” he explained.

As for Chrishell reading him for filth at the round table, Sandoval admitted to being surprised.

“I just went there to play a game. I was really excited to get away from all the drama and take people at face value. We actually drove together in the car on our way to the first time at the castle, and I was really surprised at that,” he reasoned. “[And] I thought she might be a traitor with the little bit that I had going off of.”

When Sandoval was then asked why he was so sweaty on the Peacock series, he explained he’d lost his luggage and was “kind of sick.”

“It was very hot in that castle. It was like 80 degrees, and I don’t normally wear wool sweaters like that,” he continued. “And you know what light gray is, light gray is super revealing. And I was also working really hard. I was concentrating.”

Also on the show, after admitting that a future business endeavor with Schwartz was “likely,” jokingly asking, “What could go wrong,” Sandoval revealed he congratulated Kristen Doute, 42, on her pregnancy.

“I did congratulate her and … [her fiance], [Luke Broderick]. I actually texted Luke,” he shared.

The Traitors season three reunion begins streaming tonight, March 6, at 9/8c on Peacock.
