Married At First Sight Bride Sierah Swepstone Seen For The First Time Since She Was Mysteriously Rushed To Hospital – As She Steps Out With Co-Star Katie Johnston

Married At First Sight star Sierah Swepstone has been seen for the first time since she was mysteriously rushed to hospital.

The 31-year-old was all smiles as she stepped out for a morning coffee in Melbourne with fellow bride Katie Johnston.

Sierah cut a casual figure for the occasion, wearing a loose fitting black and white co-ord set with a collared shirt and loose-fit pants.

Pushing up the sleeves of her button-down, Sierah accessorised with black and white Converse Chuck Taylor high-top sneakers.

She then hid her eyes behind a pair of black, rectangular-framed sunglasses as she slung a black leather bag across her body.

Sierah left her brunette locks loose for the occasion as she walked alongside her friend and co-star Katie, 37, who cut a chic figure in a dark olive midi dress.

The long sleeved garment finished just below Katie’s knees and was augmented with a black leather belt to cinch in her waist.

Katie also wore a pair of strappy wedges and a set of large tortoise shell-style sunglasses.

She wore her auburn tresses up for the mate-date and accessorised with some bling around her neck, including a very eye-catching snake necklace.

The pair appeared to be having a great time in each other’s company, happily chatting as they strolled along a Melbourne street.

Keen for a coffee, the pair then retired to South Yarra cafe and bakery Rustica Sourdough.

Once they took their seats in the eatery, the conversation appeared to be flowing.

Sierah was seen giggling as she chatted to Katie over a couple of cups.

Something Katie said struck a chord with Sierah, who doubled over laughing as she sat with her co-star.

Later emerging from the cafe, the pair looked very chummy with their arms around each other’s shoulders as they posed for fan photos.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia, a MAFS production insider said the pair had become fast friends in the experiment due to their inherently confident natures.

‘Sierah has always been this super confident, self-assured person, and honestly, that can be really intimidating for some women—especially those who might be insecure or have a messy past when it comes to relationships,’ they said.

‘That was a theme across the experiment—some people just didn’t know how to handle her energy. But Katie? She’s not like that at all.

‘She’s secure in herself, and instead of tearing people down, she actually lifts them up. That’s why she and Sierah clicked so well.’

The insider added Katie proved to be an anomaly among the current crop of brides as she didn’t ‘judge’ Sierah.

‘While others were quick to judge Sierah based on their own insecurities, Katie actually took the time to listen to her side of things,’ the source said.

‘The thing is, Sierah has always been consistent—maybe she makes the odd crass joke, but that’s just her sense of humour.

‘At the end of the day, she’s solid, she’s loyal, and she’s been a great friend to Katie.’

The source added the pair’s dynamic is something which would be brought to the forefront on MAFS over the coming weeks.

‘They had each other’s backs throughout the experiment and have stayed close ever since. Their friendship isn’t built on drama or competition—it’s mutual respect,’ they said.

‘You’ll see that dynamic play out even more in the coming weeks, especially at the reunion. Some people just can’t handle women supporting women.’

The outing comes after Sierah was rushed to hospital on Thursday following a medical episode.

The financial associate advisor was seen being escorted by three police officers and a paramedic into the back of an ambulance in Melbourne at around 12.56pm.

Sierah appeared visibly distressed and clutched her chest as she climbed into the ambulance which transferred her to the Alfred Hospital.

It’s unclear what prompted the emergency response.

Sierah is currently matched with Perth-based plasterer Billy Belcher on the show.
