Married At First Sight’s Alana Lister has revealed her shock career change after sparking concern with a barrage of alarming social media posts.

The school teacher turned reality TV star took to Instagram on Friday to share the surprising news that she has released her first ever novel.

Her unexpected career change came just hours after she posted an array of concerning posts about being the victim of ‘narcissistic abuse’ and dealing with death threats.

Her fictional novel, titled Cyber Wars, also revolves around abuse and follows a former teacher turned entertainer called Ana, who is targeted by a famous person.

Her book is available for purchase on Amazon Kindle for just $8, with Alana revealing she will earn just 20-30cents for each copy sold.

Alana – who previously claimed she was abused by sonic devices – said writing the novel almost ‘killed’ her but that she wanted people to understand the ‘real dangers of technology’.

‘What happened to me could happen to anyone, and this information has the potential to save innocent lives,’ she added.

However, she clarified in a disclaimer that the novel is a ‘work of fiction’ and ‘any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, events, or locales is entirely coincidental’.

The novel’s synopsis reads: ‘In a futuristic society where fame and power dominate, Ana, a former teacher turned entertainer, becomes the victim of abuse by a famous figure.

‘Unbeknownst to her, this powerful figure has been turning Ana’s support systems and key authorities against her long before they even met, leaving her isolated and vulnerable.’

‘The narrative explores themes of resilience, solidarity, and the power of collective action, it’s a tale of hope and empowerment, illustrating how diverse individuals can unite to make a difference,’ it adds.

Her latest post comes just hours after she once again sparked concern by detailing allegations of shocking abuse against her in a series of Instagram slides.

In the disturbing posts, Alana claimed she has been the victim of ‘coercive control’ and ‘narcissistic abuse’ which she likened to ‘psychological warfare’.

Though it is not known what exactly she was referring to, she detailed how a man who she became friends with ended up taking control of her life with his ‘possessive and controlling’ actions, including tracking her on social media.

‘It’s so difficult to explain this to those who have not experienced this level of trauma or witnessed the abuse by a narcissist,’ one post read.

In the concerning posts, Alana cryptically alleged that she had ‘smear campaigns’ launched against her and suffered death threats over the space of a year.

She claimed that many of her friends and family ‘turned against her’ when she needed help as she detailed the very difficult period of her life.

‘I had multiple smear campaigns launched against me targetting any person I could go to for support,’ she wrote.

‘This is why I have cut off so many friends and family from my life who turned against me when I needed help.’

She detailed the alleged threats made against her in another slide, writing: ‘Threats to kill my family, give me cancer, poison me with ricin, have my brakes cut, get a disease through spiked mosquitos, bribe my niece’s orthodontist, have a car accident, shot in the head, go missing, get raped, kill my sibling’s pets, slit my throat, kill any child I have.’

‘I can’t remember them all there was so much I try to block out but this was over the period of a year,’ she added.

Responding to a fan who asked her why she had been the subject of such threats, Alana added: ‘To keep my mouth shut about the hacking, stalking, harassment and abuse.’

She went on to claim she was forced to move house twice because her property was broken into and trashed multiple times, while dead animals were also left outside her home.

Alana also claimed her social media accounts were hacked and she was repeatedly ‘bombarded with anonymous threats’ online.

‘I can’t even mention some of the things as they are too disturbing and would honestly seem unbelievable,’ she added.

Alana claimed she is now ‘healing’ after the alleged abuse as she concluded her series of lengthy Instagram slides.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Alana for additional comment.

It is not the first time Alana has shared abuse allegations as she recently revealed shocking allegations of abuse involving advanced sonic and electromagnetic devices.

The distressing posts, shared back in May, left fans and followers deeply concerned about her wellbeing.

In a lengthy and harrowing account, Alana described the horrific experiences she allegedly endured due to what she believes were targeted attacks using energy devices.

‘Some particularly horrific abuse I was subjected to was by the use of emf (Electric and magnetic fields), sonic or energy devices. At this stage, I couldn’t even leave my house any more and had to completely self-isolate for safety, but this was no escape,’ she wrote.

She claimed devices were used on her while she was sleeping, causing her to wake up in the middle of the night with her skin burning, a severe headache, and a need to vomit.

The severity of the situation forced Alana to flee her home, seeking refuge in various hotels, but the torment followed her.

‘Once this happened, I had to flee my home… but this only continued to each hotel I went to. Now the sounds were constant and being used for sleep deprivation too. I still to this day have faint ringing in my ears at night as a result of this,’ she claimed.

Adding to her distress, Alana claimed her phone was bombarded with disturbing images and memes.

‘It was terrifying and I had no clue about this advanced tech so I couldn’t report it for risk of coming across as crazy,’ she added.

Alana was born Sinead Chong and went by this name throughout primary and high school, a source told Daily Mail Australia in 2021.

She was working as a school teacher when her big TV break came in the form of a role on season eight of Nine’s hit dating show Married At First Sight.

Alana exchanged vows with construction estimator Jason Engler during the experiment, and brazenly praised his prowess in the bedroom on live TV.

Alana and Jason made it all the way to Final Vows, but split before the reunion when a vile video surfaced of him making homophobic comments about bisexual groom Liam Cooper.

After her reality TV debut, for which she underwent a breast augmentation, Alana joined adult subscription-based website OnlyFans.

She became one of the website’s biggest stars, at one point raking in a rumoured $30,000 per month from her racy content.
