The 36-year-old shared a photo of her figure at what she described as her peak period of fitness but said she no longer worried about how she looks.

‘I would love to get super fit before I get pregnant again. This was me at my fittest. 20k steps a day, weight training and running,’ she explained.

‘If I had time to do all that again – well I’d probably look like that. For me after having a child my priorities shifted massively.

‘I’m not as vain as I was and I’m not getting anywhere near as much sleep as I did haha Fitness is going to be a big goal for me next year.’

A further post showed Martha laying totally nude in a bath, covering her bust with her hand and showing off her incredible figure.

In the attached caption, she explained her guilty pleasure was eating in the bath while watching Harry Potter.

The reality TV star and her partner Michael Brunelli welcomed their first son Lucius into the world last February.

Martha recently sent her fans into a frenzy by announcing she wants be married to fiancé Michael in a matter of weeks.

In a sneak peak at her new podcast with Michael and her mum, Mary, called The Morning Roast, Martha said she wanted to just get the marriage over with.

The make up artist, who has been engaged to Michael for three years after they met on MAFS, caused an uproar by saying she wanted ‘a shotgun wedding’.

A shotgun wedding usually refers to a marriage ceremony where the bride is already pregnant—but can mean a rushed marriage for other reasons too.

‘I feel like I just want to have a shotgun wedding, and get married in November, this year. I just want to get it done,’ she said.

‘I would actually love to have a wedding at home. What do you think about doing a wedding in November if we quickly organise it?’ she asked.

Michael replied, ‘I am down for just the easiest thing,’ and Martha said they could just ‘host a lunch’.

Fans were confused, with one asking in the comments: ‘Doesn’t shotgun wedding mean the bride is pregnant??’

Most were overwhelmingly supportive, telling Martha she will not regret hosting something intimate over a fairytale wedding.

Martha and Michael first met on the 2019 season of the Channel Nine dating show, and their journey has been closely followed by fans ever since.

The couple welcomed their first child together in February 2023 and frequently give fans an insight into their family life with their son Lucius, 21 months.

They currently live in parents Mary and Theo’s Melbourne home, and Martha recently hit back at online trolls who accused her of sponging off her folks.

‘Why don’t you and Michael pay your own way like the rest of the world?’ a troll asked, referring to the young family’s current living situation.

Martha rejected the claim that she was sponging off her parents, saying the decision to live with Theo and Mary was not financially motivated.

‘Our living arrangement has nothing to do with money,’ she wrote.

‘The sad thing is you probably believe we live with my parents to capitalise off of the situation. That is the furthest [thing] from the truth.’

She added that her young family’s current living situation was beneficial to all involved.

‘In reality, we mutually enjoy it,’ she said.

‘Living in a multigenerational home with my parents brings us closer, fosters mutual support and creates a rich environment where wisdom and experience blend. It also brings my parents happiness.’

Martha ended the spray by adding she pitied the critic.

‘I feel sorry for you that you can’t see the benefits in our situation,’ she said.
