Julianne Hough is on a roll with her striptease shows.

The professional dancer again was seen pulling off her clothing in a fun video shared to Instagram on Thursday evening.

The Dancing With the Stars co-host, 36, took off her beige outfit that she wore during the day. She was smiling during her strip-off in the dressing room for her hit TV show.

Hough flashed her beige camisole and nude underwear as she danced in her spirited way, showing off her winning personality.

Then the movie actress was seen in a strapless black leotard before she slipped into a black sheer gown, looking red carpet ready.

The blonde beauty was shimmying to Van Halen’s Jump, the 2015 remastered version.

She serves as cohost for Dancing With The Stars, which her brother Derek Hough works as as one of the judges for.

Both Julianne and Derek came to fame on the popular dance show which launched in June 2005 on ABC.

The show is an American dance competition that pairs celebrities with professional dancers for a series of challenges.

At first, Julianne was just a professional dancer; then she was promoted to co-host for season 32 in 2023.

In late September she defended her appearance after sparking concern among fans that she looked ‘too thin’ and ‘boney’ in a recent Instagram video.

She insisted she is doing better than ever.

‘I don’t usually address comments like this but I’m going to say a few things about this video,’ she wrote beneath footage of herself rocking a bikini in a sauna. ‘My body has never been healthier.’

She continued: ‘I was full of inflammation in my 20’s and had a marker for an auto immune that I addressed and committed to over a year and a half ago. I’ve frozen my eggs over the last few years which also shifts the body fluctuation.’

‘Grief, loss. Sadness and fear also get stored in the body and we hold on to that in different ways. I made it a huge priority to accept, express, process and release a lot of emotions over the years,’ the actress detailed.

In response to snide comments about her silly behavior in the video, which featured her jumping on a trampoline, the professional dancer explained that her ‘playful side’ is ‘the most authentic version’ of herself.

‘I saw somewhere that when kids are the most playful and can be the most strange and weird versions of themselves it means they are the safest to do so,’ she wrote.

‘My playful goofy side is a reflection of how safe I feel in my own skin and with the people around me. Everyone who is close to me knows this side of me means I am the most free in judgement of myself and from others.’

Despite facing criticism or judgment, Hough insisted that she is going to ‘continue feeling safe within’ herself ‘regardless of the outpouring of your comments’ and continue to have ‘fun with life which can be really heavy and challenging.’

‘Why not be playful and laugh and enjoy the journey instead of taking everything so seriously?’ she asked.

In addition to her lengthy comment, Hough took to her Instagram Story to thank fans for their ‘concern’ before reiterating that she has ‘never been healthier.’

Hough also cheekily called out the haters that told her she needed to ‘eat a burger.’

‘For those telling me to eat a cheeseburger…This was on Sept 17th the premiere date of DWTS!’ she wrote over an image of herself eating a burger.

After she shared a video of herself on Sunday enjoying a spa day at a friend’s house, she received numerous comments nitpicking over her weight.

‘I’m concerned. Are you ok?’ one wrote while another commented: ‘Something is happening here. So boney. Is anyone talking to her??’

Others expressed concern that she looked like she was ‘way too thin.’

Over the years, Hough has been open about staying in shape by doing strength workouts at the gym as well as taking SoulCycle and CorePower Yoga classes.

The star even created her own fitness app, Kinrgy, which offers dance fitness, strength training, meditation, yoga, Pilates and other workouts.

‘You don’t squeeze in brushing your teeth or taking a shower into your schedule if you have time,’ she told Redbook magazine back in 2017. ‘I try to treat working out like it’s the same kind of health must.’

During that same interview, she said she revealed that she was previously body shamed on a movie set, despite being the ‘skinniest’ she had ‘ever been.’

‘I was very self-accepting growing up, then something switched in middle school,’ she admitted. ‘I would compare myself to everyone … and later I did a film where I basically was told I was fat every day, yet I was the skinniest I’d ever been.’

To get out of her own head when she’s feeling ‘self-conscious’ or insecure, Hough explained that she ‘does something completely crazy or goofy.’

She explained that doing ‘something fun’ reminds her ‘of the freedom’ that she felt as a ‘kid before’ ever becoming bogged down by others’ opinions.
